Illinois friends: Here is your opportunity to see the Old Paths LIVE in one of our first appearances in your state!!!
We arrived this morning to leave out for our weekend only to discover that our trailer had been stolen. Everything that it takes to operate our ministry (sound equipment, product, clothing) was stored inside. Please pray that a way will be made for us to make our dates for the weekend.
Here is the NEW concert flier with UPDATED information. We look forward to seeing you there!
What a great crowd tonight in Fullerville Ga! Thank to everyone who was involved to make it a success.
A note from Jeremy Peace :
Me and my hero, Ernie Phillips. The first tenor singer I ever heard when I was 5 years old, riding in the car to Florida with my grandad listening to the Kingsmen Quartet "Live Naturally". I told my grandad that day that I wanted to sing just like that guy. Well I've been blessed to sing tenor and to sing tenor with the Kingsmen while in my early 20's. It was quiet an honor to stand beside my hero tonight and sing with him. And for those who might wonder if the little giant Ernie Phillips can still sing ultra high like he did back in the day, we'll we sang "Looking For A City" tonight together, and he had not an inch of trouble singing all the way to the top, even ending on the E above High C! He's still the man! Thank you Ernie for being a true man of God and for living an example for other men and singers of the Gospel to follow.

Thanks to our wonderful friend Mrs. Rhonda Frye, a fundraiser has been setup to begin a recovery fund in helping us pay for the missing items that couldn't be recovered after the theft of our trailer, that contained our sound equipment, war...drobe and other items of value. The items that have been recovered were either damaged beyond use or can not be put into use as a complete system. The trailer has been located and is in South Georgia being restored after received heavy damage. The wardrobe closet in the trailer was completely empty of clothes and have not been found.

Rhonda states, "The fundraising goal is set at $20,000 with a deadline for the end of September. The Old Paths currently have 8,805 fans on Facebook. If only each of those people gave $5 to this fundraiser, it would more than double the goal amount, and allow the Old Paths to continue with recouping what they've had to spend out just to continue with week to week operations, equipment and clothing purchases, and trailer repairs. With your help, we can minister to a group who has poured out their hearts for the last 10 years to minister to so many."

The Old Paths would like to take this time to announce the departure of our long time friend and sound engineer, Jeremy Chupp. Chupp, as he is affectionately known, has this to say: "This weekend has been a time of reflection for me. In 2007 I graduated high school and began a relationship with a group of guys that has made a lasting impression on my life. That group of guys was the Old Paths Quar...tet. They gave me, an immature teenager, the opportunity to do what I dreamed of doing; to travel with a Southern Gospel quartet. Because of their investment in my life and talents, I was able to fulfill the dreams that I had as a child and for that I am forever grateful.
In 2008 I was saved, and called to preach a few months later. Little did I know that the Lord preparing me for a future that I never dreamed possible. Then I was blessed to marry a woman that shared my love for music and ministry.
With all this being said I want to share with you what the future holds for my wife and I. This weekend marks a new beginning in my life. I will be resigning my duties with the Old Paths to begin an evangelism ministry singing with my wife and preaching. This has been a bittersweet decision as I am very excited about the future, but heart broken to be "leaving" my brothers. However, they have been nothing but supportive of our decision and have gone above and beyond to help us make this transition as smooth as possible.
My wife and I desire your prayers and we look forward to what God has in store for our future."

The Old Paths will miss Jeremy Chupp and his wonderful family, but we understand and support them as they follow the Lord's leadership into a new ministry.

While saddened by Jeremy Chupp's departure, we are excited to announce the new addition to the Old Paths ministry. Our new FOH Sound Engineer is Blake McAllister from Douglasville, Ga. Blake is only 19, but already has quite the repertoire in working with some of the best in Christian Music. We are confident you will be pleased with his craftsmanship in audio engineering as we have been delighted to trust him with all our sound needs. Blake begins touring with us next week, so be sure to come out to meet him and enjoy some great Christian music with The Old Paths!

Its time for some praise reports and thank yous! Through all of the storms this weekend, we experienced an amazing service this Sunday morning and witnessed the hand of God move in a young woman's life as she came to know the Lord! The alters were full as people's needs were being met and lives were being changed. PTL! We would like to personally thank Brandon Phillips, who drove over 4 hours one ...way on Saturday night to deliver some ministry items that we were in desperate need of, to keep us on the road in tip top shape for the next several months while we continue to sort out all the details of the event. We want to thank all the churches and individuals who have already reached out to us in support. Our ministry and families thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Continue to pray for us, and even the person involved in the theft of our trailer. We already see the Lord's hand at work through this trial. Meer weergeven
Hello everyone. We have had an overwhelming request from so many of our fans and friends asking how they might could donate and help us as we continue to work through the difficulty of losing everything we owned through the theft of our trailer.
We have contemplated if we should share the following bit of information, but perhaps this will allow everyone to see an additional struggle we are now c...urrently facing. When traveling the way we travel, and having to use temporary transportation like we have, due to our private coach having exterior work completed, we took out an insurance policy on the trailer, and per the agent's instructions, we sent in the information needed to cover the sound equipment inside the trailer. We were assured by the agent we dealt with that everything was covered. But on Friday, after speaking with the insurance claims department to get the process started in having everything covered, we were informed that the agent who built our trailer policy not only did not input the information correctly that would allow our current trailer to be covered, but the company does not offer the type of policy we were informed of that was to cover all of the sound equipment inside the trailer. We do know the insurance company is working to fix the errors that were made that didn't allow for our trailer, physically, to be covered, but the policy will not cover the equipment or other contents inside. We understood that our wardrobe and merchandise wouldn't be replaced or covered, but we were assured the equipment and trailer was insured, by the agent, who was the office manager, but no longer works for the insurance company, as we also learned on Friday. Not only are we at a loss but are in shock as well. Again, this is the information we have been leery of sharing, but we feel that due to the response we have received from so many asking how they could help, we could candidly share the information and everyone would better understand the current situation we are in. So, in sharing this, if you feel impressed to help, you can visit our website, www.theoldpathsonline.com and go to our contact page to get our mailing address. If you would like to use an online system, we have a link available where you can use PayPal. PayPal takes all major credit cards and online checks. Hello everyone. Jeremy Peace here on behalf of The Old Paths, wanting to give an update on the day's events. First, we want to say thank you to all of the industry leaders, our peers, friends, fans and family for the outpouring support you all have offered to us in forms of prayers, transportation, sound equipment, phone calls, texts, emails, Facebook messages, posts, comments, etc. We also want t...o thank The Mcallister Family for allowing us to borrow their trailer and sound system early this morning, for the weekend so that we could continue on for our dates. As of tonight, we have not heard from the investigator or Sheriff's department concerning our stolen trailer. As it was noted in our post earlier, almost everything that it takes to operate the ministry was stored within the trailer. All of our sound equipment, our wardrobe, including shoes, ties, etc, and the majority of our product was inside. We unfortunately don't have any photos of the trailer or tag that we could post on Facebook that could possibly help us or others locate it. As many of you are aware, our tour coach is in Florida having the exterior rebuilt, so the trailer was very beneficial to the ministry while we awaited having the bus completed. Tonight we were able to use clothing we had sent to dry cleaning last week, and we stopped and purchased new belts and shoes to get us through our services. We are currently working on piecing a temporary sound system together that we can utilize until we are able to determine what our next steps are legally and financially.

If you made plans to come out to hear us this weekend, you can rest assure that The Old Paths did not make any cancellations, and we will be able to fulfill all of our concert and worship service performances. We do still covet your prayers and thoughts as we continue to sort through this ordeal.

On a side note, if anyone knows where I may be able to find (four) Shure Beta 87A handheld corded microphones, please message us and let me know.

Again, we can't thank everyone enough for all the thoughts and prayers. Through all of this that has happened, we can still say Ain't God Good...No God's Great!

Jeremy Peace
