Where do I even begin? We've been going to this restaurant for ages and the quality of food and service were never once less than what I expect. Passion is always one of the ingredients in whichever d...ish you order at The Plum Tree. The freshly made Yorkshire puddings and John's delectable Apple crumble, to name a few, are seriously not to be missed. And I mean, really, just go and try them out for yourself. See More

Found this restaurant by accident. I'm so lucky we didn't missed it. The atmosphere is familiar. The food and drinks are excellent. The service is courteous without being intrusive. We liked it so muc...h, we went to it again the other day, knowing that after a small talk the cook tried to serve us again the same meal we found delicious during our first visit. (grilled, local fished tuna). The Plum Tree is a pearl out in the sea of average restaurants in Qawra. See More

Absolutely devine. Melt in your mouth steak. Both my sister and mother are gluten free and there was a great selection for them including chips cooked alone in fresh oil so they were not contaminated.... Heading back tonight. Too good not to. Kind friendly staff also. Overall 11 out of 10. See More

Super food and service and super chats with John, the owner!!! In Malta, go eat here and you will never be disappointed! Every time, after dinner we discussed the world's problems and our solutions! ... Since we are leaving today John, be prepared to open a can of that Speckled Hen and await a call to discuss latest world issues! MOVE OVER Mr Trump! Amazing food! Genuinely the best that we've had in Malta. Had the tomato soup and beef goulash. Both dishes were gorgeous. The tomato soup was so rich and full of flavour. The goulash was perfectly pr...esented and the meat was of an exceptionally high quality. Highly recommend to anyone in staying in the area or ever further afield. Nice friendly people who work there made it an even more pleasurable experience. Thank you very much Plum Tree! See More
