Hey Seedy friends, Mike's playing with a band called Wonky Tonk and they are competing in the national competition for the new Safe Auto jingle. - Today is a very difficult day for us, and one which will likely sting for a long time—if not forever. After 7 years filled as much to the brim as we could pack them, The Seedy Seeds are going to take a break.
From the beginning, this band has been more than a serious project; it has been a lifestyle and a purpose for the both of us. The division between The Seedy Seeds and everything else has bee...n completely impossible to distinguish for a long time. And so while we each have new projects to which we must now turn our energies, it's very hard to imagine how to live any moments from this point on as anything but Seedy Seeds.
There's no adequate way to express what the support of our fans, friends, and families has meant to us. While we can't speak it or write it, we know it and we feel it. From our humble beginnings in Mike's basement to our letter to you today, thank you. Thank you for listening. Thank you for coming to see us. Thank you for your love.
