This place makes a nice change from all others for either breakfast, lunch or just some good afternoon tea. Always like a place where the love in the food prepa...ration bounces off the plate. The atmosphere is relaxing, the décor great and the service perfect. To top it all the prices are great offering a magnificent value! Really worth it. Managed to taste some of chocolates on sale which were top notch. See More

Absolutely amazing afternoon tea today. I just love these tea rooms. Staff are always so friendly and go over and beyond for their customers. Love the little touches they do. The gluten free lemon cake is too die for. Will be back again soon 😀

This is a really lovely place to go. The food is delicious (smoked salmon quiche in particular) and very generous with portions too! They make a fab coffee and ...there is a great choice of cake and buns and chocolates for afterwards.
The interior decor is fantastic - giving it an atmosphere that is equally as suitable as somewhere to go for a special occasion as it is for an impromptu spot of lunch and a chat. It's hard to believe that you are inside the very modern looking building that you entered!
Most importantly the staff are wonderful - very professional and on the ball, but always with a warm welcome and you leave feeling like you have really been well taken care of!

Had breakfast here while staying in Kilkenny, and it was an absolute treat. The scone and tea were so delicious. My husband had the full breakfast and loved it ...as well. The atmosphere was exactly what we wanted: charming and calming. The guy behind the counter was kind, courteous, and asked us about our travels. It was neat to observe his interaction with the local crowd; he chatted with people who were clearly regulars which made us feel very at home and welcomed. Great experience. See More

Myself & My Mum had coffee/tea and cake here yesterday (10/12/16) before we did our Christmas shopping. Its a beautiful restaurant, the decor is beautiful and ...fasinating to look at. I had the coffee & walnut cake which was slightly warm, delish and My Mum had the lemon scone with jam & cream which was warm also, she said it was gourgous. I would definately go back. See More

Arrived here with my friend and her little 6 week old baby for afternoon tea and a chat but we were literally barred from going any further than the door by one... of the waiting staff who insisted there was not room for the child. Despite a kind member of the public seeing our disappointment and coming over to offer to move tables to accommodate us. Will not be attempting to go again. See More

We had a tasty lunch on Saturday 22nd Oct in the Tea Rooms.Thank you to the very kind staff member who made our little girls day by serving her milk in a lovely... China cup and then when we were leaving he gave her a gift of the China cup, a saucer and plate to take home. You made her day! It was a lovely gesture! Thank you. See More

I brought my sister here for afternoon tea as part of her 30th birthday celebrations in march, the place is amazing, nicer and classier than any other tea room ...we have been to, very tastefully decorated and not cluttered, the tea rooms are spotless even down to the little vintage twist in the bathrooms, most certainly going to return soon hopefully on a sunny day to make use of the outdoor seating, a must visit, nd credit to the staff- Edward makes the place! Hilarious so he is! See More
