A review of Winter's Book, this time in a classroom setting. https://ozbooks4teachers.wordpress.com/…/winters-book-writ…/
We knew Clio Renner before she was famous! We like to think that Hamlet taught her everything she knows... Congrats!
Back in the Gershwin Room in 2015!
We’re back recording brand new episodes and couldn’t be happier! Apart from these new shows concentrating on specific decades..., the other major change for this series is that James Black is taking a break from the regular episodes. James is building a home studio and is producing and recording as well as pursuing other projects. James will be back on the band stand for our 2015 Bluesfest shows and is keen to be involved in a proposed national tour towards the end of this year. It’s been an incredible ten years, with James playing an integral role in the rich and varied life of the show and we will miss him dearly and we wish him all the best.
For these six episodes, James will be replaced on guitar by Even’s Ashley Naylor and on keyboards by Triple J Unearthed artist, Clio Renner. As you probably know, Ash is a valued member of the extended RocKwiz family. Clio was Unearthed by Triple J in 2013 and currently fronts her own band called CLIO.
We’ve welcomed her to the team and hope you enjoy the expanded RocKwiz Orkestra.
