I love the Eastern Sierras. It was awesome to go with 3 friends who have tons of mountain experience. Exploring the regions near Mount Dana and Matterhorn Peak we had some amazing views.

Watching my buddies ski and splitboard down some steep, long chutes was amazing to watch. Come with me as I show you an epic weekend in the Eastern Sierras!

New video up on my YouTube channel @ theworldhiker I've met many Yemeni people during my travels. They all tell me Yemen is such a beautiful country and that foreigners will love to visit when peace returns. - - I had the privilege of visiting a part of Yemen in recent months. Our car had some problems and it looked like we might be stuck. It was Ramadan and nobody was out on the roads. - - Thankfully we were able to find help and I got a glimpse at some of the beauty this rarely-visited country has. I sincerely hope that peace returns to Yemen so that visitors are able to freely come to Yemen in the future.
