I would love to rate them 0 stars, but I have to rate at least 1 in order to be able to write this.

I have worked with them for the past year. I have received numerous emails telling me that people a...re calling my firm. When I try to return the calls, they are all invalid phone numbers. When this issue is corrected I then start getting phone calls for areas of law I do not practice. When I try to cancel my subscription, I get told I cannot do so for a year even though their representative told me there was no contract and that I could get out at any time. Unfortunately that person is no longer with the company so I am stuck paying a lot of money a month for something that DOES NOT WORK!

Buyer beware! I would never use their services or recommend them to anyone EVER! See More

@thomsonreuters called in for help, got someone, but they didn't help or connect just sent me an article (which didn't work) and transferred me, now been on hold an hour with no call timer or any idea... when someone will be on

sent a message yesterday about the hold times with no timer or wait # and they told me to call in

I just got a call from a consultancy goldenhues. So basically they just told me to go through the process that was decided like first they will take a test related to linux questions and another round... will be a face to face interview round. Almost 20 candidate was there for that post. we all just completed our test & got an update from Thomson Hr (NITHIN). He told we are having some issues with the production servers so it is not possible to take the interviews on the same day, so all of you can leave and we will update you. After 2-3 days I just got an update I have clear the test and we are going to schedule an interview on Monday. That time there will be 2 rounds of interview. I just reached there on time & waiting for the interview it was started after 1-hour wait. That time I just realize the interview panel is just had basic knowledge of Linux they are not a core Linux person. So basically my interview was awesome they also impressed by the performance. After that, they send me on the 1st floor with a guy for another interview round. before me, there were 2 guys also waiting for the same interview. They went one by one. That time I'm just waiting for my round from 1 1/2 hour. And then one lady came and ask me to leave (the reason was we are having many candidates those are waiting for the 1st interview round so we will update you for another round). I don't know but that time I just got the scenario no one going call you doesn't mean how was your performance in interview and test. I also don't know my 1st interview panel peoples gave the feedback to their team or not. So basically the first interview panel was just they send their two employees to go and take the interview for the satisfaction of the candidate. I just wanted to say do not waste the time of the interviewing candidates. I took a leave for 2 days from my office. so Please don't do this & decide the interview panel before calling the candidates for the interview. See More

Legal Solutions was a fantastic product. Form Builder is an unmitigated disaster.

Please fix it. Ask your someone in your office who rarely used Form Builder to prepare 10 subpoenas. Ask them how m...any needless clicks they make. I promise you they will be frustrated after the 3rd or 5th document.

At the very least, have the program create modifiable PDFs. At least we can quickly revise them on PDF rather than deal with your horrible platform. See More

Was hassled to buy some Tax program for weeks, phone call after phone call, told how great the software was. After taking the payment never another call, emailed for some support 14 days into owning i...t. No response. Asked for money back! Hell no! Can't do a refund for a useless piece of software!! But they managed a phone call to argue....yes argue with the customer. Do not deal with the Accounting software....useless. See More

They send you things you don't want. You cancel your subscription but they keep sending you books. They send them ways that would take half a day to return and want you to return them at your expense.... Beware! Do business with them at your own peril. See More

They had my pay information, both bank account and credit card. They liberally charged on those to the tune of thousands a year. I then get a letter from a collection agency that I haven't paid a bill... of $200. WTF!!! I responded that I needed information on that bill and an accounting for what the thousands that was charged to my accounts were for.
Their response was a letter from a law firm, that my delinquent account had been turned over to them for collection.
Don't do business with this company!!!!!! See More

Called my sales representative because immediately had an issue as soon as I signed up. Was then told to call the person in charge of my account. Was then told no one could help me and that there was ...no one else I could speak with. See More

Most companies don't reply to candidates who failed an interview. Thomson Reuters is not in them. I've not worked there yet. But what I hear is heavy workload, but good platform to learn.

Recently i attrend for an interview in thomson Reuters hyderabad.It is very bad experience in my life. there is not proper response from hr team.
"Tulasi Ramya Ravula" is from hr team she only is havi...ng the time to only chit chat in mobile(24 hrs).
I have cleared the written and scheduled the next round of inteview also by Tulasi Ramya Ravula.
After that i have reached to thomson reuters office she is after waiting 1 hr and simply asking our experience and saying we are looking for only 10 years candiates you guys can leave for the day.
At least thomson Reuters HR team should should spent 5 min to review the candiate profile instead of spending time on mobile. See More
