Columbian parents and students ~ READ CAREFULLY...
On Tuesday, March 20, 2018, the ACT test will be administered to all 11th grade students during the regular s...chool day. This is a requirement made by the state of Ohio.
All 11th grade students are required to report to Columbian at 7:45am on March 20, 2018. Students will report to the auditorium for instructions and room assignments. At the conclusion of the test (approx. 12:30pm), juniors will be dismissed for the remainder of the day, however, bus transportation will not be provided at this time. Busses will run on a normal school day schedule.
Students in grades 9, 10, and 12 will NOT report to Columbian on March 20, unless we have a weather delay. In the event of a 2 hour delay, ALL students would report on a delay schedule and our ACT will have to be re-scheduled. If school is completely cancelled for weather on March 20, the ACT will be rescheduled for later in the year.
All Sentinel/Vanguard and CCP students WILL be in session on March 20, and those students will be expected to attend at their regularly scheduled time.
Cap/gown pickup for seniors has been rescheduled for April 17.

Coach K spoke to our students and athletes this morning at our Rise Up meeting. Speakers are scheduled for the first F...riday of the month. With no school due to the weather the last two Fridays, we finally got to hear his presentation. Mr. K spoke on championship values, not only in athletics, but life in general. Rise up is open to all students and athletes. See a varsity coach, M.r Hartenstein, or Mr. Scheiber, if you would like more information on future meetings.
