Week #75 in "Songs Tipsy in Chelsea Love. Friday the 13th and a full moon! Alice Cooper comes to mind for some reason. This song is so freakin' good, everything about it works for me. (Dean)

Week #74 "Songs Tipsy in Chelsea Love": I LOVE THIS SONG, "Stormy Weather" (not the standard), from Echo and the Bunnymen's 2005 release "Siberia". This is the first track of a highly underrated record. The tour was awesome too!!! (Trish)- Vind-ik-leuksAlles weergeven

Week #73 in "Songs Tipsy in Chelsea Love" Elton John's "Harmony" another amazing song, performance and production. What an underrated band. Top notch players/singers who always touched his songs with grace. This song always reminds me of the production of "Abbey Road" Love you Gus Dudgeon. (Dean)
- Trish wants to know: what rhymes with conglomerate?
- Working on lyrics late night. I wonder if I'll respect them in the morning.

It's Week #72- Songs Tipsy in Chelsea Love.
It's definitely summer here (in GA) and, for some reason, this song always reminds me (Trish) of the season (summer). Love this album (Pinkerton), band (Weezer) and song (The Good Life). I also love parentheses (really I do).Tipsy in Chelsea heeft een link gedeeld.
Week #71 - Songs Tipsy in Chelsea love: I 've (Dean) always loved this song...But this version is killer. Not only does he give a great vocal performance he rips a fantastic solo. Glen Campbell (Official)!Tipsy in Chelsea heeft een link gedeeld.

Week #70- Songs Tipsy in Chelsea Love: In my opinion, Urge Overkill's "Saturation" was one of the best power pop records of the 90's. Though "Sister Havana" was a bigger hit, this song, the anthem for those who choose to be alone, still makes me smile from the first guitar riff to the last chorus. Make sure you turn it up!!! Here's "Positive Bleeding".... (Trish)Tipsy in Chelsea heeft een link gedeeld.
Week #69 of Songs Tipsy in Chelsea Love: I know I should pick something filthy to go with the episode number..but I am going with this tearjerker. I am in pedal steel mode deep (Dean) and this kinda suits that need...and oh yeah, that voice!
- We're only 17 "likes" away from reaching another milestone. Could you share our page with your friends and help us reach 600? Thanks!!

Week #68 of Songs Tipsy in Chelsea Love: HARRY!! I'm (Dean) smack dab right in the middle of "Nilsson" by Alyn Shipton. So I'm in deep at this point (Point, get it?) I love this version of "Gotta Get Up" from a BBC special in 71' called "In... Concert" ....it was anything but that. He did not like playing in front of an audience so he went for the Python/Kovacs treatment. This performance shows how brilliant he was just straight on. I recommend checking out the whole show.
ps. is it me, or do you hear where Billy Joel might have been influenced by his vocal phrasing . Happy Friday.
Meer weergeven- TIC #TBT....Just flashing back to last year when we did our mini NE tour...we ate a lot of good food (and played some awesome shows), but none surpassed the amazing meal we had at Sally's Apizza in New Haven, CT. Thanks, Dean, for making it a priority. (Trish...the photographer) — bij Sally's Apizza.
- Week #67 of Songs Tipsy in Chelsea Love: Another flashback to my (Trish) childhood was brought to me as while I was running errands today (pumped through the speakers while pumping gas). Enjoy Olivia Newton-John's "Have you Never Been Mellow". Happy Easter to everyone.

Week #66 of Songs that Tipsy in Chelsea Love: Since this week marks the anniversary of Paul McCartney announcing the break-up of The Beatles, I (Trish) wanted to post the song that, even as a 7 year old, made me okay with that. I loved si...nging along to this song, trying to emulate the screams. It's no big surprise that a someone born in the early 60's would love The Beatles, and know their importance in music, but I often wonder what life would have been like if they had never existed. Here is "Maybe I'm Amazed", a song that equals any love song ever written. Meer weergevenTipsy in Chelsea heeft het album van Tipsy in Chelsea gedeeld.
Here are a few photos from our rehearsals and recording sessions from last month. We love being in the studio. We're still working away in our respective cities, and have quite a bit to accomplish, but we hope to be able to make an announcement about a release date in the coming weeks. We appreciate everyone's support! YAY!!!!Tipsy in Chelsea heeft zijn/haar omslagfoto gewijzigd.

Week #65- Songs Tipsy in Chelsea Love...Since this was Cheap Trick Day this past Tuesday (for real) I'm (Dean) going with a CT song, even though we go to that well a lot...it's Cheap Trick!! I've been on a Todd Rundgren kick this week so here's the perfect combo. "Heaven's Falling" Produced and written by Todd (who calls Robin Zander is favorite "Rock singer") great Utopia chords here.Tipsy in Chelsea heeft een link gedeeld.
Week #64- Songs Tipsy in Chelsea Love...I've spent weeks picking the Garbage song I wanted to post, and I kept coming back to their first single and hit. When I heard this song for the first time, I could hear all my influences in one woma...n with an honesty that I'd never heard in pop music.
"I came to shut you up, I came to drag you down, I came around to tear your little world apart, And break your soul apart"
I was blown away. So, here is "Vow".
I still adore you Shirley Manson. (Trish)
