I would like to share with you a recent article that one of my teachers here in California wrote about therapeutic yoga. (I am still in America, but should be back in the UK for at least a visit soon!)
Perhaps you could read as an incentive to consider "Is my yoga practice right for me now? Is it right for me in the longterm.?
I am enjoying learning a lot from a handful of teachers here in California and look forward bringing this knowledge with me to share with you in our y...oga classes and Thai Massage sessions, too.
