I've been going to Tom's for a couple years...mostly Halloween, for Spring and Summer plants, the cider donuts. Tonight I was in desperate need of a Christmas tree (yes, I'm late to the game), so I ca...lled to see if they had any left in the 7.5 feet tall range. They had a 12 foot tree left and offered to cut it down to size for me. I was 20 minutes away, meaning I would be getting there about 20 minutes before they closed. When I arrived, they had already cut the tree size down, and then continued to trim more off to make it perfect!! Tom (yes, THE Tom) was there helping, discounted the tree, and gave us free cider donuts on top of everything they'd already done. Amazing customer service, wonderful people/staff, and the best Christmas tree ever! Thank you, I will be a life-long customer...and next year I promise not to wait until the last minute to get my tree. Thank you and Merry Christmas!!! See More

Well, after buying hundreds of flowers there in the spring and returning for our annual visit for Halloween, I was sorely disappointed. Disappointed that as an adult entertaining her two kids, I still... had to pay entrance to kiddie activities. Ok, $5 is no big deal, however, the long faces indoors around there tell another story. Makes me wonder if the employees are happy because they sure didn't look it. Maybe all but one, Tom himself. He was gracious, even tied my daughters shoe for me as I was slow to take my gloves off. We went inside and bought a delicious lunch. I bought fudge. I bought a half dozen donuts. I mean we were there all day, 4 hours exactly. But as I shopped around, the lady came out to keep a close watch on me. I felt her eyes. I was cold and needed to warm up. Give me a break. The signs posted all around regarding cameras, ugh. The straw that broke the camels back was the purchase, unnecessary purchase, I think these should be $1 a cup or free like at Richardson's farm in Spring Grove up north, but $2 for a warm up apple cider drink. Mind you, not served with any sense of gratitude. I'll take my money elsewhere. What's wrong with people anymore. Sad part is the Christian presentation. I didn't feel welcome nor was I greeted kindly by the women indoors. Bugs me. See More

One of the best Santa Brunch's we've been too! Also I'm pretty sure that the "real" Santa was there on Saturday. He and Mrs. Claus were so friendly and the real deal! The food was great, the decoratio...ns were amazing and staff service was on point! Good job Tom's Farm Market, we are looking forward to more events in the future. Also best caramel in the world! We had a fun time today but I don't think adults should be charged as much to go to the fest bc I didn't do any of the activities just my kids did. It is a very nice farm and while I will not disagree... it's reasonably priced compared to Goebberts and oh a bit more realistic with what you find on a farm in the Midwest. My kids enjoyed themselves and it occupied them for 3 hours almost and probably longer had we gone on a weekend or it wasn't as chilly ( but you guys can't exactly control the weather lol). Definitely plan to go back! See More

I thought the advertising for the corn maze was a little misleading as we paid $10 to go there and when I asked if it included the corn maze was told yes then found out that it was extra money for the... moonlight corn maze. The person selling the tickets made it seem like the moonlight corn maze was included as well as I specifically asked if it was included in the price and was told yes only to be told the place shuts down at 5 and then you have to pay extra to come back at 7. Paid $30 for an hour and a 1/2 visit. =/ See More

I love Toms! I have been to many Pumpkin Patches and Toms is by far the best! With having 10 kids, it's hard to find some place that is not only reasonably priced but all ages will enjoy!! Much bet...ter than Goebert's. Will for sure go back!!! See More

We were there at 3:00 on Saturday.
I felt there was NO supervision at all. The giant pillow had adults distributing all the KIDS around them. My 5yr grandaughter seemed dwarfed by the man with a bear...d..not cool.
The tractor pedal ride also had nobody monitoring how many laps etc.
I get you want people to come in your shop to pay BUT people pulling wagons trying to look around..having to TURN around to get in line..2 registers only.
Could be thought our better for paying.

The farm fest is a bit expensive. I feel like the adults shouldn't have to pay as much as the kiddos. I wasn't allowed to do many of the things my kids could do.
Staff is friendly and overall it's a... nice place. See More

Very small amount of apples in the market. Small amount of produce. Not certain if the produce is grown there or brought in. Lots of nicknacks. Very good fudge.

We love the price and the activities but BEWARE they have untrained dogs on the property! One puppy attacked my daughter. Do not play with their dogs! And there was dog poo on the grass.

Bear had a great play date with her friend Olive at the farm today. I'm not sure who has the advantage here, but they both will definitely be exhausted at the end!
