- Happy 'sorta' birthday to us! It was 6 years ago today that we played our first show together! We had no real idea of what we were getting into but we knew we would have some fun... And we most surely did!
Huge thanks to all of you that have showed us so much deep and loving support over the years! We couldn't have done any of it without you!
And... We also know a lot of you are wondering what happened to us, as we have been off the road and off the radar for quite some time now, but we will save story that for another time. Just know that we are all happy, safe and sound and focusing on our own individual lives for the time being. More on that at another time.

Tornado Rider has decided to sell our beloved road warrior 4th band member "Gordon" the Sprinter van to our musical comrades in NVO so that they may use him as a vehicular catapult and launch into the depths of touring and sharing their fun... live electronic music around the country! They have started a kickstarter campaign to help fund their adventure. The video is funny, their music is entrancing, their rewards are tasteful and they are great bros. We never made an official posting for this show but we did get the word out to a few groups of people before receiving news that the venue would be indefinitely shut down and our show is no more. So, if you had gotten word of this and were planning on going... DON'T!!! Sorry about that. We're trying to figure out another time to have a Bay Area show. We'll let you know!

- This weekend in the weird world of Tornado Rider... We're returning to MagnoliaFest! We're playing on Saturday and Sunday, couldn't be more excited about it. Additionally... Rushad Eggleston is looking to do some Solo Cello performances in the South East, please contact the goblin himself... and our little bassist, Grameecious, is joining The Duhks on guitar in Tampa on October 18th, and at Magfest. Excitement and joy are in the air, yay!

- Tonight we reduce San Francisco to a pile of Snethy rubble as we implode and then promptly EXPLODE the Great American Music Hall with some gnarly vibes! It's our last Bay Area show on the books for now and it's our 5th year anniversary! What better excuse is there? Come party!
- Two more days until Tornado Rider returns to the Great American Music Hall in San Francisco with Bobby Joe Ebola and the Children MacNuggits, and Mystic Knights of the Cobra. All ages, amazing room, 8pm, Thurs 5/23.

Speaking of 5 years of being a band of Jick, come celebrate that occasion with us at the Great American Music Hall with Bobby Joe Ebola and the Children MacNuggits on Thursday, May 23rd.- Hey friends. This question goes out to all of you headed to Wakarusa Festival in Arkansas in a few weeks... We're flying into Little Rock on Friday the 31st and, before we rent a car, we were wondering if any of you would be headed that way at that time and wanted to give us 3 guys (with minimal gear) a ride?!? We also fly back on Monday the 3rd. Let us know! Also, we'll probably be putting some feelers out there for extra tents and camping equipment at some point. We want to stay on site and hang with you all!
- 5 years ago today we had our first Tornado Rider band practice at Skatogious' house which caused a crack in the Space/Sneth continuum where much merriment fell out. Oops. That happened. Thanks everyone for the love and support over these crazy 5 years!
