This was the WOST experience I have ever had at a nutrition shop! The shakes taste NOTHING like they are supposed to and they have no flavors to go into their teas! I tried to tell the mother and son ...working that at different places they give you the option of getting flavored tea(ex: cherry limeade or skittles) they got a look on their face like I was stupid and didn't know what I was talking about. They do not have good customer service!! By far the WORST place to go to for Herbalife! I will NEVER go back! See More

Horrible tasting. Unless you want a Herbalife commercial and a foul taste your mouth I wouldn't recommend.

I love Total Nutrition. It's a great place to learn about nutrition and getting healthy! It has helped me loss weigh and feel great. I love my shakes!!!

I would not recommend this place at all!

I started dancing when I was about 4 years old. Ballet is the dancer's form of yoga. Whatever you choose, begin each day with some form of STRETCHING AND BREATH...ING.
If you look at a cat or a dog, the first thing it does when it wakes up from a nap is STREEEETCH.
Long lines -- arms, legs, back, neck. Guess that's where they got the pose "downward dog".
Give it a try. Your day will be amazing & you will be UNSTOPPABLE!

Most people start their day with one of the morning news programs. Not us. Bud turns on the Golf Channel & tunes into Morning Drive. They have golf pros about & demonstrating different swings, putting & driving techniques for various situations. My favorite segment is their FITNESS segment. Golfers have some crazy gyrations through which they put their bodies. FLEXIBILITY, CORE STRENGTH, RANGE OF MOTION and STAMINA are very important. Look familiar? RIGHT!
