The quality of customer service is an all time low of any company I have ever dealt with. They do not return calls 10 and emails 10. They fraudulently charge late fees when paid timely and credit card... did not go thru the first time due to the bank cancelling the card due fraud on the card in excess of $1K, there bill came in the very next day. It is suspected that the fraud came from Oak Park Water! See More

Nastiest little agency ever. Agencies serving the public shouldn't be enriching themselves on the backs of the poor.

They don't pay attention to water conservation. If they would have done their job we wouldn't be restricted so much. I dealt with them and they are like the Keystone Cops. You receive just as much ass...istance from them when they manage to answer the phone as when they don't. The board are 100% non-responsive to citizens. See More

As we welcome the first rain, we also welcome the “first flush”. First flush refers to the initial runoff of stormwater that can carry high levels of pollutants... (waste and chemicals) that has built up during the dry months. You can prepare for the first flush and reduce your impact by disposing trash, pet waste and any yard chemicals around your house.
