So had an issue
First I want to say I made a purchase on the fact of all the complimentms on the customer service,
So as I was saying had an issue just received the mattress today at 4:30 pm when we... opened it there where two spots on each side that where wet. So we thought nothing of it thinking is needs three hours to expand. came back in the room two hours later and found that the spots did not inflate and was very hard. I know something was wrong.

Called customer service told them about it. They said something doesn't sound right asked me to take pictures of the the mattress. Four hours after I received my mattress and issue, I received an email with a new purchase order going out as soon as possible. Once again there customer service has shinned.

My wife and I just ordered a king size mattress and it is extremely comfortable. Not too firm and not too soft. I feel I have gotten a good nights sleep every time I wake up in the morning. I've been sleeping on my new Mint for about a week now. Overall I'm pretty happy with it, but feel that's it's a bit too firm for my liking (I've been a pillow top mattress sleeper for 7+ years). The ...edge support on the mattress is pretty great, it makes the mattress seem even larger than a typical queen because all of the space is usable. The cooling properties of the Mint seem good, better than my old pillow top, but I still sleep a little warm. I've also been using the pillow, which is comfortable, but I think it might be better suited for back or stomach sleepers. I find myself wishing it was a little thicker to better support my head for side sleeping.
Also shipping was incredibly fast, getting the mattress opened and setup was quite easy, and there was hardly any smell to it at all. I was able to sleep on it a few hours after opening without any odors affecting my sleep. See More

Love this mattress so much! We never had a king size before and we mad the upgrade to the mint. We sleep cooler and we don't notice the other rolling over or getting up in the middle of the night. We got our mattress about three or four months ago. It arrived and I was the excited one, I wanted to be the first to cut open the bag and geek out. We used our existing box spring because it was stil...l good and wanted a little higher bed. I travel a lot for work, sleep in hotels, some with good beds, some with not so good beds.....I cannot wait to get home and sleep in our bed. It's funny, since we got the bed, EVERYONE wants to "camp out" and watch TV in the bedroom. Now....if they had a cushion I could use in my F150!!! See More

I have had my tuff and needle original mattress for about a week now. I love it. My quality of life is now better. I am more awake and feel more rested with this mattres. I didn't realize how much you...r mattress could affect your life. I am a college-student and had been sleeping on a used mattress I received from a friend who moved away. This was a big purchase for me. My partner who paid more than a grand for his mattress admits he misses sleeping over when we are apart. Went to check out pillows for our T&N mattress. I just got back from Chicago and had slept on my friends T&N mattress with the king pillows. Wanted my husband to check them out before buying on lin...e. The Phoenix location is now the Headquarters for the company. Got a tour of the offices, really cool and t shirts! Ordered the pillows on Amazon since they were taking part in the Prime day and got 20% off. Great visit. See More

We have had our Tufft & Needle King sized mattress for two years now. We have been out of town for almost a week in two different hotels and we can’t wait to get home to our Tufft & Needle. My husband and I FINALLY made the decision to purchase a new mattress after many years of sleeping on a pillow top that was old and needed to go. We were so excited to purchase a queen mint mattress w...ith two of the standard size pillows. We LOVE the pillows. We really like the mattress too. We were used to sleeping on a terribly old and uncomfortable (to me) mattress so the mint is an amazing upgrade for sure. The only thing I would say is I'm fairly small and it is very supportive, in a good way, but a bit firm for me. I'm hoping it will soften up a bit in the next few weeks. We have be sleeping on it for about two weeks now. We are overall very pleased with our purchase!

I had to purchase a new mattress after an unfortunate skunking..Yes...I said Skunking!!! :( I had laid on a friends new Tuft & Needle and thought...why not! I've not had luck with the typical mattr...ess, often experiencing pain and discomfort with my hips and not much sleep. I've been sleeping on the Tuft & Needle for 2 months now and have not experienced any pain in my hips and my sleep patterns have greatly improved. Excellent customer service! We loved our new mattress. We were not able to keep it only as I am a tricky side sleeper with a shoulder injury that goes to sleep on most mattresses including this one.... We just switched over to the Mint bed about 2 months ago and it has been amazing. My husband (who is a disabled veteran) no longer wakes up complaining about his back hurting and I can’t feel him move... around much anymore. It was a little too firm for me but after speaking to their awesome customer service they sent us a mattress topper and now I’m 100% in love! I’ve had my original mattress for a while now and I honestly believe it is causing my back problems. The bed dips so much that it has become uncomfortable to sleep in and the edges have no support tha...t I’ve actually fallen off the bed while sleeping. I’m not a mattress salesmen, but you have to be a complete fool to thi...nk that you don’t need sales people. They literally drive the economy. “Oh you don’t want that one, that’s no good” was what the sales guy says. You reply “so why do you offer it?” So let me get this straight, because he said that a product isn’t good and probably went to go show you one way better with more value and you feel “pressured” is why you created this site and company?
