National Guard Controls Traffic Points in Minneapolis for 10 days of Super Bowl 52

Humvees operated by the Minnesota National Guard provide traffic control in a slew of intersections for Super Bowl Live fan activities, which stretch 6 blocks down Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis.

The Department of Homeland Security has designated Super Bowl LII (52) a SEAR-I event, which means extra security from federal, state, and local agencies are being provided during 10 days of Super Bowl events in Minneapolis.

Stay tuned for coverage throughout the next week from events (including protests) surrounding Super Bowl LII. The video in this posting is from 9th St. passing Nicollet Mall.
