4 years of greatness is all I have experience. Yes classes are hard and they will challenge you but there is nothing like being in your last three weeks looking back and saying undergrad was definitel...y a memorable time. One thing that kept me interested in Pacific was the opportunities for growth and development through my sorority Tri Delta and the office of fraternity and sorority life. I can't wait to come back each year and visit my chapter house! See More

My graduate studies at the Graduate School of Education (1966-70) were among the happiest days of my life. The staff worked the bejesus out of me but I never felt more productive. James O'Connor (E...d.D.. 70) . See More

I had planned to attend law school after UOP, however, experiences my last semester changed all that. I was locked in a professors office as he held my hand and gently carressed it. I left his offic...e. A similar, but worse, experience happened to my friend. I went back to his office once more to verify something my friend had told me. His numerous file cabinets were lined up on the left side of the office, however, they were not pushed up against the wall. There was plenty of room behind them to get in and maneuver around. When brought to the attention of the authority figures at the college, nothing was done to the offender. You see, he had tenure and we were leaving anyway. I believe the president's name was Richardson, at that Times and the instructor's last name was Williams. See More

The faculty is amazing they seem to genuinely care about their students success and education more than anything. Which may explain why UOP so highly appreciated by it's students and the community at ...large. Our daughter has not had one negative comment about the school, faculty or staff. She just graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy May 21, 2016. See More

Well UOP is a pretty prestigious university. They charge about 60k per year and the school ranks within the top 100 in the nation.. However, for a wealthy school, they lack A lot of key elements a uni...versity should have. One being safety! Like if I'm going to be charged over 200k within the next four years you better ensure my safety. Just these past 2 months there have been more than 7 robberies (some students were injured but not hurt) on campus. Another thing they lack is proper assistance in scheduling classes. My sister was a transfer and was told to take 3 courses she had already taken at her previous school. She didn't realize this until 3 weeks into the semester and it was already too late to change courses so she practically wasted a semester (12 units!) all due to the fact that her advisor had placed her in classes she had already taken (as for me, my advisor was perfect and helped me). Overall I like the school, it's pretty chill and laid back. Everyone's pretty friendly but this school seriously needs to work on many things.. After all, they have the money for it. See More

I love the beauty in this University. I'm not a student here (I wish I was one though) but all the races I have ran and won here led me to love this place. I'm looking forward to visit this Uni soon!!

Uop is awesome because of its great staff and environment, especially keeping the campus safe. My daughter is a freshman there this year and she loves it. My aunt, sister, brother in law and cousins... are alumni's there and I'm proud of she's following their foot steps. See More

Honestly one of the best decisions in my life -- choosing UOP. The best university experience I could have had -- still saying it 25 years (?!) later.

I loved UoP. The location took a bit of acclimation, but the community feel, profs that cared, proximity to SF, and wonderful classmates made me who I am. Great option for university!

Pacific alumnus Dean Butler '79 COP is in PyeongChang, South Korea, covering the 2018 Winter Olympics with Golf Channel host David Feherty.

Faculty and graduate students are working on a documentary film about alumnus George Moscone, ’53, who was the Mayor of San Francisco and tragically assassinated in 1978 along with Harvey Milk. His son John Moscone visited the Stockton campus yesterday to speak with students and KCRA news was there for this story.
