Faculty and graduate students are working on a documentary film about alumnus George Moscone, ’53, who was the Mayor of San Francisco and tragically assassinated in 1978 along with Harvey Milk. His son John Moscone visited the Stockton campus yesterday to speak with students and KCRA news was there for this story. The annual event has empowered women and girls to embrace physical activity and build their courage, confidence, and character through participation in sports.
