Hi All,
Hope you can make it to the 17th Annual Brandon Case Spin4Life on Saturday February 17 at Odyssey Fitness. One hour spin classes begin at 8 AM with the last class beginning at 3 PM. Cost is $3, with proceeds benefiting Candy's Place Cancer Wellness Center and the Brandon J Case, which supports organizations fighting cancer in Pennsylvania. For sign-up and information contact Candy's Place at 570-714-8800 or www.cancerwellnessnepa.org.
For my pre-Spin event ,I'm attempting a 2000k/100 hour series of WUCA Indoor Challenge rides. As of 2/11, I'm at a combined total of 1827k with 66+ hours of riding. If all goes well I should hit my 100 hour goal at the Spin with maybe a few ks over 2000. Look forward to seeing some of my cycling and tri friends.

As a cancer wellness and resource center, we work hard to provide support to cancer patients and their loved ones in a loving, safe and home-like environment.

I'm getting ready for the 17th Annual Brandon J Case Spin4Life to be held at Odyssey Fitness on February 17. Got in 500k in Florida last week and a little under 500k on the trainer this week. Hope to finish a 100hr/2000k indoor ride at the Spin. I'll start riding at Odyssey in early February. My hours will be posted so stop in and say hello.

Pic of the Day: The D&L Trail. Today’s trail pick recognizes Jim Thorpe, the extraordinary athlete and Olympian. Nestled in the Lehigh Gorge of Pennsylvania, t...he beautiful town of Jim Thorpe—a trailhead and major piece of the D&L Trail—honors his name and legacy. Jim Thorpe was the first Native American to win gold medals for the country, and did so in the 1912 pentathlon and decathlon; he also played professional football and baseball. He is a true American legend. ‪‬

In addition to all the biking, hiking, running and traditional trail sports happening on the D&L, the historic town is also a hotspot for rafting. Both Jim Thorpe and the 165-mile trail will be featured on the 2018 Pennsylvania Sojourn.

Sorry to get everyone's hopes up, but I am canceling the demo on account of the weather. I will try again next Sunday.
