❗️If you’re traveling to Wuhan, you can do the following to protec…t yourself:
- Avoid contact with sick people
- Avoid animals, animal markets, and products that come from animals.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. You can use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water aren’t available.
❗️If you’ve traveled to Wuhan and feel sick with fever, cough, or have difficulty breathing:
- Seek medical care right away. Make sure to inform the office about your recent travel and symptoms.
- Avoid contact with others.
- Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve when coughing or sneezing.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. You can use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water aren’t available.
