This place was a horrible place to live. The quality of the equipment is bad. The "High Speed" internet takes five minutes to load a webpage. Regardless of how much electricity you actually use you wi...ll be overcharged when it is cold outside leading me to believe that they charge by building and not by room (speculation not fact, however my roommates and I purposefully put this to the test by turning our Heating off during winter break and all lights and such off, nobody was living there for three out of four weeks during January both in 2014 and 2015 and we still got overcharged $30 each), if you live in room D you will not have a room that is safe to live in depending on what the temperature outside is. They waste your rent money on idiotic events "for residents" that are labeled as leasing events and will give away random hundreds of dollars to anyone signing rather than using your rent money to try and improve the actual living arrangements that you are paying for. I lived there for two years much to my dismay, and would HIGHLY recommend living somewhere else in town. See More
