In case you missed my post last week, I received word from the U.S. Navy that they updated their recent statement about the "UFO Reporting Guidelines" as reported by Bryan Bender of Politico.
Their only change from when that story dropped, to the statement the Navy gave me directly on Friday, is that they removed the "draft" language.
This: A new message to the fleet that will detail the steps for reporting is in draft.
...Is now this: A message to the fleet details the steps for reporting each incident.
This indicates that within 2 1/2 days of Politico's story, the Navy took their draft document, finalized it and sent it to the fleet.
I tried to get the actual message/guidelines, but the Navy denied me citing security considerations. Their exact quote to me denying access, at least denying me through the public affairs office, is the following:
"We are unable to share the message with you. Due to the operational and aircraft specific nature of these guidelines, security considerations preclude their disclosure."
In this special edition of The Black Vault Radio - I dissect the statement, but trace back the lineage of the phrasing back 66 years. I also outline Air Force manuals, that are CURRENTLY ON THE BOOKS, that outline the same thing.
What does it all mean? You decide... but feel free to listen in:

You ever want to sit down with a world-renown astronomer and scientist - and just talk about the mysteries of the Cosmos, alien life and UFOs?
Yeah -- I just did. And it was amazing. https://www.theblackvault.com/…/ep-30-special-guest-david-…/
EXCLUSIVE TO THE BLACK VAULT (as of the writing of this): The "Draft" Navy UFO Guidelines headlined in recent days are NO LONGER a draft. Direct to me, from the U.S. Navy Office of Information (CHINFO), comes an "updated" statement. After going word for word on what was published in articles like Politico, and the new statement, there is only one line changed.
This: A new message to the fleet that will detail the steps for reporting is in draft.
Is now this: A message to t...he fleet details the steps for reporting each incident.
I am currently seeking a copy of this message, to see exactly what it entails. But, I figured you all would be interested in this breaking development.
