AvantiPlus The ValleyBicycle Repair Service in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia
Even missed his breakfast to help me out. Didn’t even want to accept payment for the kindness.
Customer for life.
Cooper can hopefully ride till his hearts content.
I can't recommend this shop more highly!
Hello - I am afraid this is not a good review. I purchased my bike from Avantiplus
However, the bik...e repair section really annoyed me hence this review and low rating. I took my bike in for its service, all well and good. The next time I went to put air in my rear tire I noted that the tube had been changed in the service (so far all okay). However, the new tube's air valve was too small for the tire's rim and my pump's nozzle could not work with the small length of valve.
This is not a big issue, so I took it back to Avantiplus
My solution was to take my bike to another bike shop nearby who happily changed the tube to one with a larger valve. I now can check both tyres' air pressure with my pump without having to purchase a new one.
So you have lost this customer. I would suggest that the adage the Customer is Right is relevant in a bike store as in any retailer.

This wireless, electronic rear derailleur was spotted on the bike of Nino Schurter in Stellenbosch ahead of this weekends first UCI Mountain Bike World Cup!

Tyre selection can make or brake a CX race. We’re currently riding the Terreno range from @vittoriatires and are impressed to say the least. The #Terrenodry tyre (pictured) offers the low rolling resistance we love in any file tread/semi slick tyre but the presence of the unique ramped centre tread makes for predictable, reliable grip when it’s called upon in fast corners. Featuring Vittoria’s proven graphene compound and tubeless ready they’ll be hard to beat during the dry QLD CX season🏆🏆🏆
