My experience and my 1st time here was terrible. I could only afford a used car and was treated like some kind of chump. They tried to way overprice me. I ended up buying a used car for 13,000 cash an...d they didnt give me a manual with the car i purchased or could not even throw in floor mats they also didnt want to work with me to give me the car that I wanted. The sales guys didnt want to bother with me and they lied to my face. It was a new miserable experience for me and i would not recommend this dealership to anyone. The internet guy never came out to meet me so they sent another guy who said hello then bailed on me too so they sent me over a young lady to deal with and that was okay but then they lied about a special internet pricing which doesnt exist but thats how they get you in. I needed a car real bad and i got one which was not even at the dealership but over at hondas and I couldnt test drive it or look inside it cause they had no keys for it. Cars were so hard to find that I wanted to look at. It was all about $$$ for them not the customer service. Facilities are clean and amenities are plenty thats the only good thing and the car washers work hard and are fast I respected the car washers more than the sales people. A lot of rude people there. While waiting for my car I was told I couldnt be in the parking lot I had to go wait for my car inside. Treated poorly. See More

Kelvin is the man! I appreciate his hustle and outstanding service. I came to the dealership prepared and I knew what I wanted. Kelvin listened to me, understood my needs, and got me into the vehicle ...I wanted. He took care of my family and was so sweet to my daughter. Thank you for making this an amazing experience. Sal, the finance manager was also wonderful. He explained everything in detail.

I would recommend this dealership to anyone and specifically Kelvin. He is the epitome of exemplary service. Kelvin followed up making sure I had everything I needed. It doesn't get better than that.

I've bought 2 new Prius a 2010 and 2017 prime advanced and cant believe when my wife took the prime in for service the 25000 mile service agreement didn't cover Air filters. Pissed me off so I talked the service manager and dound out some models are not included. The salespeople never said anything about that. In fact they said it was covered 100% for 25000 miles as I was sold an even more expensive package. Salepeople couldn't help with the fed rebate for electric vehicles either. I'll take my business everywhere. See More

I wanted to take the time to reach out to you today to sing the praises of your service advisor, Jackie. I have been a customer of Valley Hi for some time, but the service I have received from Jackie exceptional. She is always so kind and professional when I bring my car in for service and greets me with a smile. I have had a few issues outside of regular oil changes with my 2012 Prius and she has been right there to make sure the work was done and that I was well taken care of. She is excellent at communicating, and makes sure I am aware of what she is doing on my behalf and provides accurate timelines. I know that my car is in good hands there at Valley Hi, and Jackie has a huge part to play in that. In this day and age, with everyone so busy with life we often fall short on quality customer service. I believe Jackie is a rare jewel, who takes pride in her work and truly enjoys helping others. Well, they just gave me one of the worst days of the year.. Got there around 3pm knowing exactly which car I was buying and how much I could pay. Me and my husband negotiated(for a while) on a used ca...r and they couldn't give us a better deal because the car was "certified".. We ended up accepting there offer and where moved to the finance dep after 4 hrs of being there.. We paid our deposit and sign many forms, when the finance person told us our car wasn't certified and that they had a mistake telling us it was. The guy we negociated the price told us the certification on a car made a difference on this cars price $22000 with other comparables not certified of $19000.
The finance guy went to try and give us a better price to "fix" the problem. But came back telling us all they could do was a $1000 drop on the price. And couldn't do any better. We obviously felt it was all wrong and told him no. He cancelled the whole thing and said sorry. We spend our only day off there, we left our kids home in order to make the experience easier on them n us. And we came out empty handed after 5 hrs. I just feel so disappointed. They lied to us to make as much $$ as possible. And its just not right. I would of spend the day with my kids or actually buying a car I need.��

I’ll be honest I didn’t know too much about purchasing a car because I am first time customer with leasing/purchasing a new car. This company completely took advantage of me. Never explained the EXTRA... fees that’s we’re involved before I signed all the paperwork. They do not value their customers only their money. I was very happy with that experience so I was now going to purchase a truck I was dealing with the sales men it was going g...reat. When we first went in, it was a great experience. Our salesman Aly was awesome! Everything seemed great. Got into a brand new car, something we never thought would happen. Signed all the paperwork and... drove home. Two days later, get a call that they made a clerical error on the value of our trade in and needed us to bring the car back or wanted thousands of dollars to keep the car. They were rude when we brought it back. Seemed like the finance manager was making jokes about us giving the car back as we signed more paperwork. I will never buy here again. To let someone drive away and tell them everything is done and good and let a family get excited Bout the safety and reliability of a new car only to pull the rug out from under them. To sum it up, service driven....yup, that describes Valley Hi. Albeit, we were prepared to buy when we stepped into the dealership...that was the perk of planning. We have bought Toyotas from other ...dealerships over the past 10 years, Valley Hi delivered on their word for service all the way around. I heard about this place frim a friend...totally worth it!! The team at Valley Hi is exactly that, a team, well oiled machine with YOU driving them.

Upon entering the showroom, I was promptly greeted by Valerie Romero who was positive and attentive to the fact I had my three kids with me. She told me about the kids room where games and a movie were available. She directed me to Sales Specialist Mina Attalla. He was pleasant and patient as he listened to my needs and desires for a new vehicle (kid friendly, roomy, good gas mileage, safety). Mina directed me to several different models, but ultimately I chose the Toyota C-HR! I love this car/crossover, super fun!

Upon doing the paperwork, I was introduced to Sales Manager Ness Cohen who was prompt, attentive and fair. I was totally impressed with no hassle and no non-sense. I was then taken to Finance Manager Ron Kilpatrick who completed my sale. He has kids and was well prepared to deal with tired and grouchy kiddos by offering CANDY. Thanks Ron, they were a delight after sugar overload!! JK. Ron knew the packages front and back, he was able to explain each one and his behavior did not change when I declined certain packages. That was nice to say no and not feel bad about it. More importantly, he was able to explain the positive and negative of each package.

Mina was able to get me hooked up with new "shoes" (wheels) which dressed up my C-HR! Perfect! Assistant Service Manager Dyqueena Johnson assisted me on my first visit. I was later introduced to my service team led by Laura Marble who was able to get me into a rental until the shoes were on. I was introduced to Hannah Davenport at the Toyota "Rent a Car" section. NOTE: please be prepared to give your Driver License, credit card...not debit...and current insurance. With all that in had, the rental was seamless!!!

To General Manager Todd Stokes, you have a great team there. You should be proud. Thank you to the whole team! Also, your website was easy to navigate and user friendly.

Service writer Laura wanted me to go home to bring coupon or wouldn't take the car in. Brought coupon back later and it said synthetic maintenance. But that does not mean oil change? I have been dealing with Valley Hi for nearly 30 years. I have purchased at least 6 vehicles from them, NEVER having a problem. I know that finance managers are not there for OUR benefit, but if you d...o your light homework and know the nature of the beast, it's very easy to decline what you don't want, even if you smile while doing it. If you get a bad one, stop the deal and find the dealership manager and get moved to someone else. I've also been to the service department many times with never an issue on quality of service and on time completion. I've been dealing with Tyler for years now and he never lets me down. Remember folks, they have a lot of customers and some intense days; like we all do at work. Practice courtesy and good will, and you will almost always receive the same back. My wife and I went to your lot on the 20th literally money in hand ready to buy a car.... we walk onto your lot and we expected to get pounced on like all car dealers do.. DID NOT HAPPEN but that is n...ot the problem... it gave us time to calmly look over what you had to offer... we narrowed our decision to 2 cars one was a maroon Prius and the other a white Chevy cruze... we did not see a sales person anywhere that was not already with a customer... so we walk into your building and meet a young lady working the phones she pages 4 TIMES for an avail sales person to no avail so she walks around and comes back with a lady named ANNA.... she walks us out to the cars we want to look into and promptly tells us that the bank is not likely to work with us on the Prius because it is older.... at this point she knows NOTHING about our cash flow just that we are looking at 2 different used cars and she tries to move us from the one we want to the one we assume she preferred to sale us... then she says she would get us the keys to the Chevy (not our first choice the Prius was) she goes to the office to get the keys to the car blocking the Chevy since their was no box on the car with them she moves the one car then realizes she is not CLOCKED ON so her gizmo will not open the key box on the Chevy so now she has to go back to the building to clock on.... she finally returns and opens the lock box and the battery to the Chevy is DEAD... I look at my wife and mumbled LETS GO!! I wanted a Toyota because my folks had one and the thing ran forever thus the reason we wanted the Prius not to mention its great gas mileage... we left your lot after being told she did not see us getting the bank to fund us on a 9,000 some odd Prius and we went down the road to Sunland Ford and got their bank to fund us on a 10,000 some odd Ford... so Either you work with different banks then Ford does or your sales lady just did not want to work with us I tend to think it is the latter rather then the former... not likely to ever walk onto your lot again nor would I suggest my friends or family do so See More
