Small water leakage at the house next door, running up the meter. Two very nice men from the water dept. came and solved the problem in a few hours later.

So almost every morning my son wakes up and asks when is garbage day, you would think that is a strange question for a 3 year old but it's all because we have the coolest garbage truck driver ever :) ...every single week he makes a point to stop to wave and beep to Jase who is waiting patiently in the window!! He gets sooo excited and it makes his day every time so thank you to the driver for being so kind :) See More

Are you a Little Chute resident but have an Appleton mailing address? We know there are many of you that fit that description. The same applies for those Little Chute residents that have a Kaukauna mailing address as it pertains to the wheel tax. The Village of Little Chute has no wheel tax but our neighbors do. You should certainly be aware of this issue when it is time for your license plate renewal.

Thanks to the Appleton City Hall for this informative post, we appreciate the great information and hope that our residents share this information with their neighbors! Have a great Monday!

We know we have a fair amount of followers in communities around #Appleton. If you happen to be one of them and you get your license registration renewal notice... in the mail and notice the wheel tax for Appleton on it, call the DOT to update your registration. Non-residents aren't required to pay the wheel tax.

Just when you thought winter was over…..

Winter storm Claire is on the way! The snow is expected to start tonight (Monday) and linger until late Tuesday night. ...Projections as of now are estimating 4-7 inches of snow for our area. In addition, fierce winds causing low visibility are expected. Please give yourselves extra time to travel, and do so safely, we know you didn’t forget how to drive in snow already! Also keep an eye on pets and elderly friends/family during the storm.
