Happy Monday, everyone! It's PWC race week! The Pirelli World Challenge GP of Virginia Presented by Audi Sport will be here very soon!

We were pretty much anywhere within 150 miles of the track today but here are a few highlights from the Japanese Classic show in RVA.

This ‘65 John Surtees Ferrari chose VIR for its pre-Monaco Historics shakedown 🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶
Rumble in the jungle.
It may be cold, but at least it’s a beautiful day for vintage racing!

Such a wonderful experience. It's been my boyfriend's dream to take his mustang out to that specific track since he was a little boy and he finally got the chance to go, December 1st 2017, with the Forrest mustang group. The whole time we were there it was great. The people were all very friendly. The driver's we met were so eager and passionate. Everything was very well kept and the beautiful weather was a plus! Proud to have gone!! See More

I’ve been here for to charity lap events, this is a fun track to run with friends. The staff is always friendly and the place is always clean. I am going to try to attend some of the scheduled races a...t this course, it is a great lay out. See More

I just spent another weekend at one of the most spectacular facilities anywhere for sports car enthusiasts. Everything on track is first class. Five stars.

The minus two stars - Food...
The prices at the north paddock pagoda have gotten absurd. The staff does a great job, but this isn’t F1. $12.50 and 14.50 for a mediocre meal is crazy.

The tavern and restaurant now share a common menu. Some of the better items on the tavern menu are gone. There are few if any healthy choices. They offer salads. That’s about it. Oh, the snapper $25. Too much fried, too much red meat, too much. Combining the menu now means less costly choices are gone in the tavern.

I expect I’ll bring my paddock food and drive to Danville.

Ran 19 October with a private event, total of 40 cars, 11 in my group? Ran here back in February with Tarheel Sports Car Club as well and loved that event as well. The whole facility is awesome. place to drive. See More

Spent our first weekend at VIR and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Stayed at the Villas and had a wonderful view. Great venue! Especially enjoyed the ease to move around the track to take in multiple... views, as well as the paddocks, which was my son's favorite part. Thank you for hosting a great event in both the Heacock Classic races and the Trans Am races. You have 2 new fans! See More

Even though I've been to the track previously participating with Virginia Army National Guard Soldiers, this weekend's event at VIR was our first. It was simply amazing! Everyone was nice and very hel...pful. Completely different than what we are used to. Will be back soon and hope to bring some of our friends with us. See More

The best place to see a race anywhere near here. Beautiful facility, tons of areas to view from, and a great family atmosphere.

I love this racetrack! Connie Nyholm runs a great facility here, and it is steeped in racing history. I've been coming here to VIR since the early 2000's starting with the AMA Superbike races. This I stayed at the Lodge after the race, and it was very nice. Clean, comfortable rooms and very reasonably priced. See More

VIR is the premier facility on the east coast. There is something for every platform in road racing, and the facility, the staff, the amenities, put it over the top. MORE tracks should strive to be ...LIKE VIR on every level. Don't have the realestate to make it the signature circuit it is? Fine, spend the money on the facilities. Make it a destination, not just another race/HPDE/Driving event. See More

Our community should get out and support this track! It's beautiful and always has something going on! Plus the owner and the people that work there are so wonderful!

VIR is a great place to go experience racing at its best. You can even get your own car on the track for HPDE or parade laps. Love this place! I cannot wait to go back I cannot get enough of it.
