While the dock at Crypt Landing is not yet in place (and as such our hiker shuttle cannot drop hikers off yet), here is the latest trail report from Waterton Visitor Safety Technicians:
"The trail is totally snowbound from Burnt Rock Falls to Crypt Lake, with an average of 120cm of snowpack at the old campsite before the tunnel, and deeper at the lake itself. The main hazards are slip/fall on snow, and avalanche hazard. Ice axe, crampons and competence in their use are essential for reasonably safe travel."
It's sunny, calm and beautiful today! Come join us for our 1:00 cruise this afternoon. It doesn't get any better than this!
We now have three tour boats in the lake and are almost ready to start operating. Our first cruise of the 2016 season is scheduled for Saturday April 30th at 10am! See you soon!
