The Women's Council has been serving Washtenaw County for just over 30 years. Just over a year ago the WC2 estabished its first ever scholarship fund. In 2015 we as a board made a commitment to adding this scholarship program to our mission state...ment and to broaden our focus and commitment to Washtenaw County. With the help of our sponsors we are continuing this effort.
