When you mow your county rd easement and hit and shred countless Weatherford Star Telegram papers and then send the Paper a message to report this disrepectfull act and their obligation to clean up t...he litter in which they paid to distribute against to land owners wishs. I would not even open this publication to wipe my hind end with.
Jeers,I bet the employees of said paper don't have to pick up trash thrown out by their company. Can't even take in the time to acknowledge my message. Needs name changed to the W'ford liberal democrat.

The only local newspaper I can depend on to represent local information and news without the biased editorials from outside Texas sources that i could care less about.

An impromptu version of the ending of "Wizard of Oz" by WHS Theatre Arts students. Bravo!
I accepted the ALS "Ice Bucket" challenge from the Weatherford Chamber of Commerce. What a great cause - check out this video.
The City of Weatherford really out did themselves tonight. Sparks were certainly flying at the first ever "Sparks in the Park." Congratulations Shannon Goodman, Michael Howard, Blake Rexroat and everyone that had something to do with this spectacular event.

I want to thank everyone for their kind remarks as I end my career at the Star-Telegram. Today is my final day after almost 18 years with this organization.
I have truly been blessed to work alongside the wonderful people in Parker County.
As I move I will pack great memories that I will cherish forever.
Your friend,
Lance Winter
