I have been a fan of WW but just canceled my membership. I am not opposed to change. I have lived through and even liked many of the changes. However, this last mess makes no sense. So you give points to fish, chicken etc and change points on others. Your new "Oprah" based commercial shows tons of food and proclaims, finally we can eat what we want!! Not true and why would you give people who struggle with portion control the ability, no the difficult task of, 0 pt foods that still have calories and now must be figured out by the person with the problem. And, those of us who were doing well on the other program can not even continue because you have changed the points on everything. Also for years you convince us that you "must eat your extra weekly points" if you want to lose. Now you do not have to use them... I understand research, etc and things change, however, this makes no sense. I feel as others do that this is very difficult for those of us that need help with portion control and I feel angry that I do not even have the option of staying on the program I paid for. Several others who have chosen to leave have joined together to focus on healthy lifestyles, ie exercise, meditation and support and are going to try to help each other. I really feel WW has shifted their attention from the good of the clients to what makes more money. I am obviously angry but mostly sad. I will not lose my focus and we will try to follow the recipes we have trying to use our point system. This move was not in the best interests of your clients. See More

Rarely do I leave a negative review, as I tend toward the positive ones when I am happy with something, but this merits it. WW has some snacks I just love, and I made a repeat order online to purchase... a good number of them--enough to qualify for free shipping. As a matter of fact, I added another of a product solely because it would put me over the top for free shipping and cost less than the 8.95 shipping charge. I got a notice the next day my order had shipped. Then AFTER that I received an email that the main product I wanted was out of stock, so they couldn't send it. That alone was irritating since it would have impacted my entire order decision. Truly, the primary reason for my order right then was the one out-of-stock product which was listed as being in stock. I figured I would go ahead and order a few other things right then too.

At no time was I given the option to modify my order. That alone is frustrating enough. I replied to the message about it being out-of-stock, as the email said to do if I had questions. The person who replied did not ANSWER my question about shipping charges. When I replied back, I received no response from anyone, despite the line saying if I had further questions I should respond to the email. I was out of town and was not where I could just check invoices and my card, etc. Today I did. They charged me for shipping. THEY messed up, did not give me a chance to modify my order if I wanted, and took 8.95 for shipping, which I had deliberately avoided.

I've emailed yet again to tell them they WILL refund that to my card immediately. If they don't I will do a chargeback, which will be honored since I have documentation for it all. It feels like a nice bait-and-switch. Switch out the product to grab my money for shipping. Absolutely not. They have lost my business over the unethical and misleading way this was handled. I guess I am so used to good customer service like Amazon that I am stunned by this. Greed central over here. But I wasn't the one to rip off because I care enough to fight for my money.

I like it so far my coach is great and she adviced me to eat the WW meals only if needed and to stay away from processed foods. I know points are no easy to understand but I used my point booklet and ...stick to fruit, vegetables and seafood which is low in points plus I walk everyday. If someone is not happy with their coach maybe try a different location or meeting time. Just saying I'm paying so I have to make sure I'm happy with my WW team. Good luck peeps! See More

It is working for me. I have tried low carb, MRC, and just counting calories. I end up giving up. With WW I can eat what I want, just make sure to log it. I love that fruits and veggies are 0. I more of them because of it. I just use the app and have support of my family around me. See More

I joined online and was very excited about this program. Since I do not have a smart phone I went to a local meeting to purchase the smart points calculator. They were not friendly and it has been on ...back order for a month. They keep telling me to order online but I don't want to pay shipping which is almost as much as the calculator. Free shipping if you order $75 worth of products. Very discouraging!!! See More

I know this type of losing weight is working due to all the pictures and comments of others that I've read and seen on the Weight Watchers website how a lot of people are working this 'eating healthy'... and losing weight. I've been on WW for only one week and I know it'll work for me. I also know it's going to be slow but I can live with that. Like a lot of people walking is difficult for me. Its really hard at first but I believe I can lose this excess weight. See More

I signed up for the program today! I was really excited about going to a meeting and starting this journey. I pre paid for three months. I arrived early, as asked. Well, I just had the worst experien...ce. The receptionist couldn't have been any ruder. I reached out my hand to introduce myself, and she wouldn't shake my hand. I said hello and advised I signed up today, but couldn't print anything. The girl rolled her eyes and seemed generally annoyed. I brought up the email for her as she continued her curt verbal communication and rolled her eyes a few times. She even made a comment about a crying baby. In an effort to feel better about my decision to join weigh watchers, I told her she is making me feel uncomfortable. She moved forward saying you need to get on the scale. I advised that us like a refund. She didn't try to make it better but advised "well you will need to call weight watchers". This is the Bloomingdale, il location. I live in this town and am involved with the community. I have three children and many friends. At this point I can't recommend. I am seeking a refund. See More

I have gout and osteoarthritis which prevents me from exercising. I started this 2 weeks ago and I have lost 5 pounds. I hope to loose a lot more. I can tell that my stomach has shrunken, as I cannot... eat as much as I used to. Thank goodness. It takes less to satisfy now. Loving this program. See More

I attend the weekly meetings in El Dorado Hills, CA. Sherri is absolutely a wonderful leader and inspires us with her recipes, tips, and enthusiasm. Whether we lose, maintain or regrettably gain she... keeps the positivity motivator going. The class is fun and educational...everyone is engaged and cheering you on. I couldn't imagine trying to do this my own. See More

Totally DISAPPOINTED! Called their 800 # for assistance with registration and then had to call again for help w the app. Neither time was I able to speak to an ENGLISH-speaking person! I've ...done WW before and things were not difficult as all. And I had an English-speaking person. I previously lost 50 pounds w WW. Now I'm just totally discouraged w WW! Does Oprah have a different number to call? I highly doubt she had the extremely frustrating time I did today! See More

I have always been what most would consider a “big girl”. In January 2014, I weighed 180 lbs (around 82 kilograms), which is quite overweight for a woman my height. I wasn’t always this weight though.... In my teenage years, I weighed only 140 pounds and I felt much healthier and happier. See More
