1. I will not be accepting new clients at this time unless they have been referred by a current client and/or have a gift certificate from a current client.
2. Masks are encouraged but not required. You must provide your own mask.
3. If you (or a relative) are immunocompromised please let me know so I can provide you with specific booking times when the barber shop is closed.
4. In order for me to sanitize and disinfect the room, hallway, and bathroom, there will be a blocked... off time of 30-45 minutes in between each session. For this reason, PLEASE do not come in more than 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
5. Limit of 1 client in the treatment room at once, please do not bring family members.
6. Hand sanitizer will be provided in the room for you to use before/after the session.
7. Payments can be accepted via email invoice 24 hours prior to your appointment, OR in person via cash or card. I do not carry change.
8. Lastly, you will be asked to sign a liability waiver prior to your session! This is a form directly from my professional liability insurance provider. It goes as follows:
• Have you had a fever in the last 24hrs? yes or no
• Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath? yes or no
• Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with covid-19 or has coronavirus-type symptoms? Yes or no
