A few rough edges - tub drain stuck, TV stuck on Westin channel for a while, lamps unplugged - but maintenance showed up promptly and fixed everything. Our room was spacious and clean with a drop-dea...d gorgeous view of the Front Range. Beautiful hotel with great landscaped trails for our two dogs to do their business. The Front Desk even provided us with poop bags! And brought 2 bottles of water to our room. The Katrina Grill was very fine and reasonably priced, especially the Saturday buffet, where the two of us split 3 scrumptious dishes w/ OJ and coffee for 40 bucks. Fine hotels that are pet-friendly are rare and we’re so glad the Westin Westminster is. See More

I used to be in the hospitality and planning industry and Westin's have always been my favorite property. I was a guest of a friend for her holiday company party this past weekend.So, I was only at a... banquet and did not utilize a guest room. Dinner was excellent and the other activities where the responsibility of the hosts and not the hotel. Was very very disappointed when dessert came out. I have a sweet tooth when it takes a lot for me not to eat it. I took one bite and I was done just not the quality I expected. To add to it, tge coffee was cold. NOT even warm just plain cold. I was quite disappointed on the quality of the hotel. This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel, but to me it felt like a Comfort Inn. I was quite disappointed on the type of amenities offered. The on sit...e restaurant was also over priced for the type of food and drinks served there. And the room I was in had a lot of noise from the neighboring room. Not sure I would stay here again. I can't believe in this day that they actually charge for everything that most cheaper alternatives give free access to. Wi-Fi is a 10 dollar charge?!

Otherwise it had the prettiest views, I lucked ...out and got a Mountain view room.

I would never pay full price for this place though. It was nice but not that nice. I booked mine on the cheap through Hotwire. Glad I paid very little.

Not a great hotel but pretty view. They advertise an in-room spa basket with essential oils and relaxing CD, but when I called about it they claimed they no longer have that feature. The quality of th...e housekeeping warrants this a two star review, but other features make it three-star. When I arrived in the room, there was a robe but no slippers our toothbrush so I had to call housekeeping. The bathroom amenities are sparse. The next day, I had to call house keeping again to service my room (it was 7:30pm!) And even then it was a rush job. The gym is okay. There is no TRX, notwithstanding again, they advertise it.... We are spending two days here as a mini birthday getaway. The view is amazing, the staff friendly and polite. Room is clean and comfortable. Love that everything we wanted to do these couple of days a...re so close. Movie, Butterfly Pavilion, and great restaurants. Will definitely be back!! See More

It not only met our expectations but far exceeded them. Perfect location next to the outdoor mall too very nice and scenic and convenient walk within many venues. Staff were unparalleled as far as pro...fessionalism and customer service made us feel like we were very valued as a customer and they are genuinely caring and professional during our stay. Premises was sparkling clean very tidy and organized. The beds, I had the one of the best sleep experiences of my life slept like a baby. Overal fantastic experience would recommend. See More

Always our favorite place to stay in North Denver Metro. Cozy Chic and Colorado friendly! Stop in to Kachina for a fry bread taco and a specialty cocktail. Great experience all around every time we go.

Horrible management. Fraudulent reservation practices. They confirm reservations over the phone and via email then put you in any room type when you arrive. We have stayed at this Hotel over 25 times ...and have always received the rooms I reserved before this year. In February while traveling with 3 children they could not honor our request for connecting rooms. Now this visit we reserved directly with the Hotel accounts manager 5 weeks prior and confirmed location and type of rooms the day before traveling. Upon arrival we were placed in rooms on a low floor with a parking lot view. Not our Confirmed verbally high floor mountain view Starwood Preferred Guest rooms. The Manager Kenneth explained that they don't ever guarantee room locations. Only that a room is being held on a reservation. So sad. After so many visits and with a group that books 100's of rooms a year for our professional seminars. Time to move to a properly managed Hotel chain. See More

We had a reservation. They advertise as pet friendly. We called to check and let them know we had a pet. We told them we had a bird in a cage. We were told no, they only allow dogs. Discrinatory, when... a bird in a cage will definitely do no damage compared to a dog. See More

Food service was beyond terrible
Somewhat busy, but a bowl of chili, a taco, and an order of fries took over an hour...And they forgot the fries.
Sonic has better food service. Seriously.

I was in the area competing at a dance event. This hotel is absolutely amazing! It's modern, classy, clean, and comfortable. The staff is incredible. The level of service they provide is not somet...hing that can be taught. They are just good people that care about others. I was welcomed by Nicole and Bri at the front desk with a smile. I had a situation that needed immediate attention at check-in (nothing to do with the hotel), and Cameron, the onsite manager went above and beyond to accommodate me. Even the night staff was amazing! Marcus went out of his way to ensure I was comfortable while I was waiting for friends in the lobby at roughly 2:00 am. Obviously they were professionally friendly if I was able to get the names of all these awesome people! I can't wait to go back next year! Thank you so much for an awesome stay! See More

We were there for a wedding. The hotel seemed nice. We spent some time in the bar. The server never seemed to be around and they were out of ALOT of different liquor. Also, the folks running the we...dding seemed to be always rushing g around. During cocktail hour, nothing was ready. It seemed a bit unprofessional. See More

Excellent customer service! The rooms are large, the bed is fantastic! Even though they have a fabulous restaurant and bar it's right next-door to other shopping areas and restaurants.

Well I expected much more from this hotel because I've been here before but this experience has been mixed.
I tried to alert them to a cigarette burn in my comforter because I'm allergic and it took... nearly 24hrs to get housekeeping to change it despite my going to the front desk 3x

The staff some of them are friendly and helpful others have been negative and rude. I loved our waitress she was amazing but the hostess is in the wrong profession.

The housekeeper I had to deal with was rude and irritated because my son kept thanking her (he was being polite) she rolled her eyes, looks at him and says yw in a way that suggests don't talk to me again.

The glasses left for use in the bathroom were dirty. So we just hand cleaned them rather than bother the front desk again. Lastly upon checking in my room reservation was for a high floor, but he put us on the 4th floor. He didn't seem very happy.

I'm not sure if I will return or not; I've never been (to what I consider to be a 4-5star hotel) that's ever performed this poorly. This is just day one so hopefully over the next two days of our stay the service experience will improve.

I'd like to say that the food in the kachina was absolutely wonderful 5star. Also there's free wifi in the lobby, and the 24hr gym is great clean and ready to use.

When we arrived after a 9 hour drive our valet was so helpful and very friendly and personable! (Wish I could remember his name!) Even when he saw us the next day he asked how our evening was and how ...the graduation ceremony went that morning. Room was clean, room service was good, restaurant in the hotel was nice, and the cleaning service was great. Also one of the kids clogged the toilet and it overflowed 😳 The engineer was up within 5 minutes to fix and the cleaning service right after to clean the bathroom. Room was dirty (thick with dust on blinds, headboard, and end tables), bathroom was gross (tub area did not look like it had been cleaned, residue on soap holder, grout turning different colors), bedd...ing, robe, and shower curtain had stains on them, the room was overpriced and the price changed from when we checked in (we were told $180 a night and were charged over $200), no free WiFi or breakfast offered, there is construction going on outside which was very noisy. But my biggest complaint is my concern for the safety of their guests. My husband and I were woke up at 330am to a very silent voice through the alarm saying to vacate our room. We proceeded to walk down the stairs, went outside and around the building and into the lobby with other guests. We were not greeted by the staff and were instead told by another guest it was a false alarm due to a faulty system and we had to wait for the fire department to shut off alarm. We were told 3 different stories while we waited as to what was going on and there was no firetruck or fireman around just 1 cop. I'm very concerned about how they handled this situation and about what would have occurred had a fire actually happened. The fire alarm was a very low voice saying to vacate the room due to an emergency in the building. That was it! I had to wake my husband up as he didn't even hear it. When we got into the lobby that was where we heard the sirens in the building going off. Also, for a building with 14 floors there should have been a lot of people in the lobby but when my husband and I got there, there were maybe 50 people! The hotel staff weren't even trying to get the other guests to safety. Very scary situation and one that was handled poorly. Someone needs to look into how this hotel handles emergency situations. ON another note when I spoke to the front desk about my concerns we were offered a free breakfast for our inconveniences and told they were very sorry. That is nice but it does not take back what we experienced while staying there nor does it address the safety of us and the other guests in the hotel. I do not feel my husband and I will be back nor will we recommend this hotel and I hope that someone will look into how they handle emergency situations. See More

From check-in to check out, we experienced the friendliest staff interactions. Very nice rooms- we opted for the mountain view as well, which was totally worth it.

$11 per day for wi-fi, it's free at the mall!
Abysmal parking, I walked 1/8 to my parked car.
The Starbucks bartista is always on break...
Breakfast not served all day in restaurant
Fridge temp set to low, had to throw out food
No vending machines (that I could find).
No outdoor pool
On the positive side all staff memebers I came across were helpful and friendly and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The Hotel is also very clean.
