My girlfriend recently followed a job lead that this company proactively sent her for a position with Uber. She was required to take a knowledge test and after extensive conversations with the recruit...er, Ashley Lamb, was told that she was a good fit and only needed to complete a driving assessment. The assessment was done at a raceway over an hour away. She left dressed professionally per the email from Ashley, but the personnel at the raceway told her that she should have dressed more comfortably. The recruiter built this whole thing up to be a done deal as long as she passed, but they had about twenty people show up. They turned this simple test into a competition. She has a perfect driving record, can drive a manual, etc. Some drivers were given extra chances to pass portions of the test, were allowed to arrive late, etc. The recruiter called and told her that it would take 2 or 3 days to process the results, but within a few hours had the nerve to send a form email that they have decided to pursue other candidates and her resume will be maintained for future consideration. You know what? You can delete it. Your company leads people on and wasted a lot of her time and money. Maybe you should be honest and tell prospects the truth instead of lying to get people to show up to compete. See More

I had the worst experience with WilsonHCG. A few months ago I was applying for a job at Clear Channel Radio in San Diego CA. The recruiter and I set up a time to talk so she could gather some inform...ation about me and present to Clear Channel Radio. The recruiter missed the conference call and ignored several emails and voice mails. After waiting an hour for the recruiter to call me back I finally called and complained to the VP of Recruitment. In the end I got a cut and paste email from the recruiter saying sorry the job was closed, but this was after numerous phone calls and emails to follow up on the status of the job. One thing that really bugged me at the time was the recruiter NEVER apologized for missing the conference call. I will never use WilsonHCG ever again. Luckily I found a job two months later. See More

I've had one of the most horrible experiences with this company. Their recruiter Amanda scheduled Skype interviews with UBER, then rescheduled again because the manager of UBER was unavailable. Yeste...rday, Wednesday August 26, 2015 I had another Skype interview with Patrick from UBER, which didn't happen. I emailed Amanda at 1:35 Arizona time, to let her know I had not heard from Patrick. Amanda return my email at 3:44 pm to ask if I had contacted Patrick. This tells me she didn't even read my previous email. At 4:02 pm, Amanda emails me to let me know the position had been filled and had been filled on Monday. I was prepared and had researched UBER which Amanda had instructed. I'm very disappointed with Amanda, and her professionalism, on how she conducts business with her clients and her canadites, she has no respect for her own self, nor the company she represents.
