The parking challenge is outrageous! To make matters worse, as if it wasn’t complicated enough to find a parking space, they have allowed Macaroni Grill to mark off the majority of the entire lot adja...cent to Macaroni Grill threatening patrons that if they park there and they aren’t Macaroni G customers they would be towed at owners expense! I was born and raised in winter garden. I am 81 years young now. And I truly miss winter garden. My granny Crawford raised me one block off what is now hiway 50 and Beulah road. Think our little stre...et was magnolia. I am in Leesburg now. Love Jackie Crawford Walden mccafferty. See More

Along with the rest of everyone, Barnes and Noble was a complete loss. I think too many people treat bookstores like a library these days. It was a great place to hang out and catch up on some readi...ng with a coffee in hand! People leaving with no purchases probably helped these guys out the door. I miss it. If I needed a present I could pretty much guarantee I'd find something for anyone there. I hope they bring it back...or that Hamlin shopping center gets one! Otherwise, I love this shopping mall. WG is get getting over crowded, so parking is a little bit of a challenge. We need a DSW! Great addition with the carter's and osh kosh. Maybe a gymboree!!! See More

Horribly designed traffic flow and parking. Like someone else stated, beware of the awful drivers you'll encounter in here, who treat the stop signs and crosswalks like a free for all. I've seen sever...al wrecks on the main road through the middle, near misses between cars and pedestrians every time, and shouting matches in the parking lots AND in stores. Seems to attract the same crowd now that drove West Oaks Mall in Ocoee right down the drain. Not a great experience anymore. See More

I have a love hate relationship with this place. I love going there, but I hate the parking areas. Poor design, the flow of traffic is horrible. It's like a free for all sometimes. The little shor...t lanes in front of Bed Bath and Beyond area, causes too much traffic to be poured out on the main traffic area (especially when there are no parking spots). Also, trying to turn into Unos from Daniels road when it's busy due to on coming traffic. I avoid it on the weekends and during Christmas, at all costs. I've witnessed two cars (separate trips) going the wrong way in the round-abouts, one almost hit me head on. See More

The parking situation, particularly near all of the dining establishments, is horrendous!

I used to give Winter Garden Village a 5-star until Barnes and Noble closed. That was our go-to store after a weekend breakfast at First Watch while waiting for the other stores to open. We frequent...ed this plaza countless times in a month. Now we either eat and leave or go over to Dr. Phillips where they have a First Watch and Keke's, and a Barnes and Noble. I think Barnes and Noble was a terrible loss and it definitely lowered the quality of the shopping center. We stopped by yesterday for the first time in over a month and it just isn't the same. Asian retreat nail spa... I work here too!!! Don't bother going in there. If you have an complaints about their work get ready for the rudest behavior I've ever seen. I had acrylic over my cuticles on... at least a hand worth of fingers, overlap, part of one nail the colored acrylic had been grinded off I could see my nail completely on the side. I'm a cosmetologist in Florida and I know customer service. I'm not the type to be rude, but I wasn't happy 47 dollars later I showed my nails she touched my hand barely looked and laughed told me to come back an hour later. Do not your time with this place they are rude. Horrible way to treat a customer. Go to LOVELY nails same plaza they fixed it for free and 5 min in and out and so sweet to me. See More

Not real happy to hear they are getting rid of Barnes and Noble for more rent from a clothing store! There are plenty of places to shop for clothes here but only ONE bookstore. If I have to drive 30 p...lus minutes out of my way to go to a bookstore, I can do my other shopping there as well! See More

Bed Bath and Beyond has everything. If they don't have it, it doesn't exist. Haha. It sure seems that way. I searched high and low for the right "scarf " curtain window treatment. No place had it, bu...t here. Kitchen gadgets galore, too. See More

We used to be there at least once a week, but with the Barnes and Noble gone there is nothing there that is so compelling to make it worth dealing with the traffic. Such a shame.

LOVE going to WGV, but I have to strongly agree with the horrible traffic patterns! The double lane round-abouts are an accident waiting to happen.
I do greatly miss Barnes and Nobles :(

Great place to walk, shop and dine. Good atmosphere and fine shopping. Better and more store mapping could help walk through. Thanks.

The shopping, the added music on the sidewalks is a lovely gesture. It is a beautiful stress free experience with a diverse selection of stores.

Would rather have a great book store than another clothing store. There are more than enough clothing stores at The Village. Get another big book store! Not all of us want to read everything on a computer.
