Recently, we have been facing difficulties with the maintenance of the website. This is because our key functionality - uncompression of files is consuming more memory than our hosting provider can support.
...With much reluctance, we have to ceased the operations of WOBZIP until further notice.

Hostmonster cited that we are causing performance issues. Anyone got suggestions of a better hosting provider that we can jump to?
Our web host Hostmonster deactivated Wobzip without warning (again)!! We are resolving the problem with them. Sorry for inconveniences!
Just fixed a bug where files containing ' or " cannot be downloaded! Let us know if you still encounter problems.
We pushed the limit a little and raise the file size limit to 200 MB! Check it out and report any bugs. More news at wobzip.org/news

Wobzip is up again. We have resolved our issue with the Hostmonster and tweaked a little on our side so that Wobzip is less resource-hungry.

Do vote on which browser you use wobzip on. We want to enhance wobzip and are looking at the features that are compatible with the majority of you.
Understand that there are several problems with the Wobzip site. The team is now working to resolve the bugs. Some new features like ability to preview the files before downloading are also on the table.
