Saturday we had a small crew from 6:30a-11a cleaning up Oak and Ivy. While our group did get a lot cleaned up (doesn't it look great so far?), there's still plenty of work to be done. Keep an ear out for the next clean-up opportunity!

The west entrance to our neighborhood got a makeover today. Looking good!

On May 25 Preservation Dayton, Inc presented our very own Mary Ellington with their Lifetime Achievement Award for her tireless and outstanding efforts to preserve the historic legacy of Paul Laurence Dunbar and the Wright Brothers. She has guided the Wright-Dunbar neighborhood from a blighted and largely neglected area to the beautiful historic neighborhood we see today. She received letters of appreciation from Congressman Mike Turner, and Dayton Commissioner Jeffery Mims, as well as a ceremonial United States flag that was flown at the Ohio State Capitol building! Thank you Mary for all you've done!
