Im very disappointed in this property. My fiance went and viewed the location towards the end of 2017 for our March 30, 2019 wedding. Unfortunately, some personal family things happened and we have ha...d to cancel. The initial wedding date is well over a year away, so I wrote the property to cancel our wedding and asked to get a refund as they have more than enough opportunity to re-book that day. Yes, I am aware that we signed a contract but it's not like we are canceling within a year of the wedding, we canceled almost a 1.5 prior to the wedding. Instead of providing the reimbursement and keeping a guest for life, they informed me that they will keep the deposit. It's a shame that they can't see past their bank accounts to make a right decision. It's not like they won't rebook that date and quickly. We won't be doing business with Wyndham. I worked for them and should have known better than to book with them. Shameful company and bad business practices. See More

I love it here… There is so much to do for kids and adults alike. There are two lazy rivers, many pools and hot tubs, as well as fun activities like minigolf, shuffle board, corn hole, ping-pong and a... nice walking path around the entire property which is connected to the timeshare location. The location is prime because it is right across the street from Epcot and only a mile from Disney Springs. I definitely will be coming back with my children and can’t wait to visit again. See More

Well I read a few low score reviews and as a Florida resident I can only speak for my self. My family loves it here. We book here at least 4-5 times a year. We usually do weekend stays. From the momen...t we arrive to getting our room we haven’t had any bad experiences. The Vallet personnel are awesome. Never have to wait for my vehicle. The front desk is always helpful. If we arrive early you have to roll with the punches. You have to know generally there is no early check in and rooms need time to be ready. But we have come to the hotel early and the hotel staff would let’s us use the pool or store our luggage till check in. And sometime we just leave everything there and come in later in the day and our Luggage is waiting for us on a cart. Again what a wonderful place to stay and the staff in every department is alway over the top. A big and speacial shout out to the Valet / Joshua M. Always happy and pleasant and always had our vehicle on time.
Highly recommend stay.

Mrs. Karen at concierge was so nice to us. She made sure our trip was off to a great start with all her knowledge. We felt lucky to have her as our main go-to person at the hotel. She truly is the ...gem of Wyndham Grand Orland Resort Bonnet Creek. Karen's personality is calm, happy and full of excitement all at the same time. I wish I could have taken her home with us. We appreciate all your efforts for us, Mrs. Karen. Warmly, the Prince family. See More

I love this resort so much. It’s absolutely beautiful BUT I was unhappy with my front desk experience I did feel like just a number. My room felt dusty I was sneezing a lot when I walked in and most o...f my stay. The lights must have been connected all together by accident because u could only turn on all the lights at once with the exception of the two next to the bed. The carpet did not appear to be vacuumed. Breakfast was 16$ for pancakes three of them the buffet is 23 I felt forced to buy the buffet at that price next to the pancakes but I just wanted a few pancakes I can only eat so much. I think they could make better options for people who just want select items instead of leaving u with no choice but to get the buffet. My most disappointing moment was at the barista I got a croissant I tasted so dried out from days ago maybe. I called to tell them and the manager said to come back to get another. I went back and they seemed to push to have me have them warm it up. I think it was because they knew they were not fresh.
So I let them warm it up. It was clearly dried out and stale. I paid 4.50$. I would be ok with this had it been fresh. It tasted like cotton it was terrible. I really hope they consider maybe buying them from a new vendor. A croissant should never be that terrible. Certainly not at that price. I didn’t feel top notch customer service anywhere throughout the hotel. I know the wyndham standard and it’s usually high. All in all I will return because the hotel is so nice. I just hope maybe this review will help to fix these issues.

I was very disappointed, I knew we would be late arriving so I called to let them know, when we arrived at 11pm, one of the bunk beds was not made and the linens were dirty with what looked like choco...late , housekeeping did come to change the linens, next day we went to get the shuttle (as we were told at booking) to ESPN but found out there was no shuttle to ESPN! Then we came back to our room at 3 pm to find no fresh towels or linens were brought to our room!! We were told we would have a pool view .. well, that was not the case... were overlooking a parking garage!
I had heard so many wonderful things about the hotel, I was excited to arrive.... until we did arrive..

The resort is pretty awesome! I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars because the couch and the two chairs in the living room were beyond uncomfortable. I cannot tell you how uncomfortable they were! Whe...n any of the four of us staying in the room sat down we could not help but make comments about it and preferred to sit on the bar stools. You felt like you're sliding off, they were very stiff, very very hard. Certainly was not expected and certainly was disappointing. The food was really good at the Deep Blu Seafood Grille. It was actually phenomenal! The clam chowder was the best I've ever had hands down! Everything was excellent! Unfortunately with how uncomfortable the furniture was in the living room we would never stay there again. Normally we're not in a hotel very much so wouldn't matter but even if we were only in there few minutes it should be comfortable. And this particular stay we never left the resort, never went to the parks. We were just trying to get away because of some very stressful things going on so we basically had to sit on the stools and go into the bedrooms for comfort. Again normally that may not be a bad situation but just trying to watch TV was a joke I actually found myself sitting on the floor. See More

We’re checking out this morning and I have to say this was the best hotel experience we have ever had. The front desk staff (especially Rachel) was amazing and so kind! We’re here celebrating our 2 anniversary and your hotel went above and beyond to make our special day that much more. I cannot say thank you enough and I will recommend this hotel to every one of our friends and family. The pool was amazing, the rooms are amazing, the beds are SO comfortable, and the VIEW!! Oh my gosh!!!! Beautiful! Thank you thank you thank you!! See More

I traveled with my 3yo son alone for the first time, it was weekend LEGO land trip for him and i!
Let me tell you what a great experience it was!!
Check in with Mr Vincent at the desk was a breeze, h...e was extremely helpful, after I mentioned to him that friend of mine with her baby will be accompany us, he had us upgraded to larger 2queen suit with bunk beds for our sons! we stayed one night only and the resort fee was kindly waved for us!
Also in the morning my car would not start(left light on overnight 🤦‍♀️), I knew I could count on resort maintenance stuff, they started my battery withing 5min I reach out to them!
The greatest relief feeling to have is to when you pull up to check in and exhale bc you know the vacation is here, and it’s going to be great!!
Thank you wyndham!

This resort is absolutely gorgeous ! Arrived to the hotel on August 20 and our room wasn't ready but was told they'd call when it was available. Family decided to check out Disney springs as it was 1...5 min away. Received a call at 2:30 pm that room was ready. Had food delivered to the room for the kids to snack on . Had an amazing view of the pool. During our stay we went to Universal Studios and Magic Kingdom which was about 20 min away. We paid the $20 per day for parking for the convenience of coming and going on our own. Rooms were cleaned in a timely manner and was able to get extra towels and wash cloths when needed. Restaurants were a little pricey but the ambience of the hotel we understand why the pricing. Overall stay was amazing and will be back again. See More

We stayed in a "Presidential" suite while my wife attended a medical conference. Be prepared to be treated as a number, not a valued guest. Much of the staff need to be fired or retrained in... hospitality. If you're looking for superior service and have the expectations of a normal 4-5 star resort, look elsewhere. Timeshares impersonating upscale luxury resorts don't work very well in my experience -- save perhaps Disney, but then they have hospitality down to a science and clearly understand that your superior property must go hand in hand with superior service. This property has the potential to be a great resort. The grounds are beautiful. There are several restaurant choices. And, many family friendly activities available throughout the property. However, anyone giving this resort five stars based solely on amenities available, simply hasn't travelled much and is easily impressed.
In any business, but in particular the hospitality business, your employees are supposed to make your guests feel welcome and their experiences exceptional and memorable. If your staff can't provide that level of service at this tier, then no matter how beautiful your grounds are, or the amenities offered etc.., your guests' overall experience will simply feel hollow and inconsequential. It's all in your people. Either they have it or they don't. From the front desk to security and the restaurant server to the housekeeper. It's everyone's job to make your guests forget their worries back home and get lost in a tremendous vacation or weekend getaway.

There was one exceptional young man. A server in the first floor breakfast restaurant in building 6. I can't remember his name right now but it will come to me. Excellent role model for other servers despite his young age. He was sincere in his desire to make our experience first rate and it all just came naturally to him. I made certain to acknowledge his skills and tipped him accordingly.
The disinterest displayed by a housekeeper upon greeting her with "Good morning " was pitiful by contrast. There were other noteworthy situations but, I'll end it there.

I stayed at this property 10/13-15/17 I booked a King deluxe room... when i arrived at the hotel at around 10p after being at the parks all day and exhausted I get my room keys go upstairs to find I placed in a room that has a queen murphy bed - I called down the same girl that checked me in says oh i'm sorry the person that checked you in should have told you we were out of your room type - but i'll comp your parking - this bed was the absolute worst bed i have ever slept on and feel that parking and a breakfast dont cut it when I booked a king room - next day I was moved to a king room told it was a great location to watch the fireworks coming from Disney - HOWEVER - again disappointment there was a building blocking our complete view so we seen nothing - 2 nights not good... in fairness the 2nd room was better because it was a real bed but not what they said it was again... really disappointed and feel I wasted my points here See More

The resort is beautiful but the staff's customer service is's either amazing or total shit! Housekeeping needs to be fired and they need to hire english speaking, competent, motivate...d people. Everytime we check in there is an issue... either the room is dirty and or stinky, especially the showers and Jacuzzi tub, the dishes are dirty, cabinets are sticky, appliances aren't clean, and are sometimes broken, they have the worst hairdryers, not only are they crappy hair dryers, they are filthy! If you have a room that holds 8 people, you only get two chairs for the balcony! Oh, and the bedding totally aggravates me... IT'S TOO SMALL!!! The king bed has a queen comforter, the double beds have a twin size comforter, which is terrible when people share the beds and one person ends up without covers! In addition, the flat sheet on the doubles are for a king. Finally, the pillowcases are WAY TOO SMALL for the pillows and it makes them bulky/lumpy and uncomfortable, and ugly! We used to pay $250 a year when we purchased and now pay over $700 a year, we can only stay in an odd year so that's over $1400 that we pay before we can stay and the maintenance is shit! Every year the fees go up but the maintenance standard goes way down! See More
