A huge congratulations to the Pathways Scholars who recently completed the Pathways Summer Scholars Program! Thank you to all who played a part in making this year such a success! The Yale Pathways Summer Scholar Program is a free, selective summer day and residential science program that brings 100 New Haven, West Haven & Amity public high school students to study science for two weeks on Yale’s campus. Hands-on laboratory courses form the cornerstone of the Pathways Scholars curriculum, exposing students to college level science courses and sparking their curiosity about new scientific fields. Workshop topics included the Physics of Atmospheres & Oceans, Understanding GMOs, Sensory Physiology, Using Computers for Simulations & Modeling, and more.
