Moran Prairie and Southgate have seen significant growth over the past decade. More growth is coming while the roads aren’t growing any wider. Proposition 1 will construct a new park and ride lot near 57th Avenue and Palouse Highway, with commuter service running frequently to Spokane, helping expand the transportation capacity and efficiency of the roadway system. .#working #movi...ng #thriving
