Old Settlers Day!
Our constitutional rights are not given to us by the government, they're protected by the government. Share this video to show your support, join our team, and help me continue to fight efforts in Washington to erode our constitutional rights.
Nothing is more innocent or vulnerable than a child before they're born. They have no way to protect themselves, so our job is to protect them. Share our latest digital campaign video if you agree we must protect life.

Every day, I’m focused on the issues most important to Kansans. My passion for the state of Kansas is what drives me. Thank you to everyone at #ksgop18 for an amazing weekend full of enthusiasm. We are energized and ready to win in November.

In Washington, spending only goes one direction - up. That’s why holding the line on spending increases is so important - it’s become next to impossible to cut even the most useless programs, so stopping increases sometimes is the only attainable victory.

Allowing Americans to keep more of their hard earned money, through the recently passed Tax Cuts and Jobs Act should be paired with smart fiscal discipline and not with a new blank check for Washington bureaucrats.

That's why I voted no on the budget deal last week, the largest spending increase in Washington since the Obama Stimulus.

To all of the veterans who have served, and those who continue to serve, from a grateful nation. Thank you.

Substantial medical evidence has shown that unborn children are capable of feeling pain five months into a pregnancy, and studies show that nearly one-fourth of infants born at five months survive after they are given medical treatment. Right now, federal law permits abortions during these stages of pregnancy - meaning we are one of only seven countries in the world that allows this barbaric practice.

The Pain Capable Unborn Child Act, which passed the House last week with my support, puts a stop to it. Passing this bill is not only the right thing to do, it's also supported by the vast majority of the American people. Polling has shown that 60% of Americans support this particular bill and 80% of Americans oppose third-trimester abortions.

We've announced a tax reform framework based on the radical idea that you deserve your take-home pay more than Washington Bureaucrats do. Like if you agree.

It was another great year at the Kansas State Fair. I dropped by the Kansas Republican Party booth and had the pleasure to visit with Keith Esau, Ed Berger, and Ben Jones! Already looking forward to being back next year.

I spent today at the VFW Veterans of Foreign Wars of Lenexa, KS #7397 4th of July BBQ visiting with some amazing American heroes. I'm honored to represent the 3rd District and very grateful to live in the land of the free and brave. Have a safe and fun day with friends and family on our nation's Independence Day!

Nancy Pelosi gave this assessment of herself as leader of the House Democrats this morning. Do you agree?

“I am a master legislator,” Pelosi declared. “I am a strategic, politically astute leader. My leadership is recognized by many around the country. That is why I am able to attract the [financial] support that I do, which is essential to our election, I am sad to say.”

"I am a master legislator," Pelosi told reporters as she hit back at Democratic colleagues pushing for her to step aside.

Obamacare is a dumpster fire, the real question is how much longer are we willing to wait to put it out?

The majority of House Democrats have proposed an alternative fix called the Expanded & Improved Medicare for All Act, otherwise known as single payer. Socialized medicine in America is no longer a hypothetical.
