YouFoot opened its site in 2009. Our ambition was a user generated website empowering everyone to share their passion for football, to share their stories and their experiences.
One of our greatest achievement was to empower everyone to commentate live matches - generating statistical data and commentaries in artificial intelligence in 15 languages. Videos attached to the game plays would help illustrate a huge database of statistics. Our APIs allowed all... this data to be used by third party websites and apps. Millions and millions of games and their video, games, competitions, players and teams.
Professionals of all amateur and professional levels have been most involved and we have worked with sports teams, federations and sports media worldwide. We have stopped perfecting the site and tools for amateurs and professionals.
At the end of 2015, despite rising incomes youfoot was not yet profitable. Our offices had to be closed and all activity stopped. Until the summer of 2017 we had discussions with potential buyers. No success. So it's time to turn off the lights and permanently disconnect the servers servers.
We want to thank all the extraordinary people who have worked at YouFoot, the investors who believed in us, and especially... you!!! You, the football fans, the amateur and professional clubs, the small and big leagues or press websites that have used our services around the world.
