For the 2nd time in three years Aaron Gwin (USA) has won the opening round of the UCI World Cup for hi...s team The YT Mob, and this time it was at the brand new venue of Veli Losinj here in Croatia. The track is short, steep, and extremely rocky, with most riders finding it difficult to maintain lines at speed. It also took riders from the roughest section on the World Cup circuit, to the smoothest section with a short urban run to the finish line. In the past 20 years there have only been three occasions where the winning man of the opening round goes on to win the overall series, and all three times that was Aaron Gwin, so his rivals will be fully aware that ‘the boss’ has started his season with typical strength and precision.

After seeing some of the negative reviews, I was concerned about ordering blind online. It’s not an easy choice, but I’m so glad I did.
My Jeffsy 29 AL Comp was ordered on the Friday and by the follo...wing Saturday I was riding it. I was kept informed via email and given tracking codes to see where it was, followed by a delivery time. No problems whatsoever.
I highly recommend the service received from YT and judging by the build quality of the bike, it’s unlikely I’m going to need to test the service any further - it’s insanely good and I have zero complaints.
If you’re reading this wondering if I’m somehow connected to the bike industry, I’m not, I promise. It’s just that they really are that good, full marks YT, My current bike is a YT and my next one will be too. Woo hoo!!

I ordered 1 of the Capra CF in the yellow and after looking at other reviews i wasn't sure that i was going to get my new bike on time... these guys are brilliant, i ordered it, they communicated with... me very well telling me that it was packed by a different warehouse, i got it before i thought i was going to get it ... what a bike, the build quality is excellent and i love it... got it dirty on the first day at Forest of Dean See More

Over the last 2 years we have bought 3 YT bikes for the family and had no issues with any of them. Buying online is easy and keeps the costs down to something sensible. My partner, Son and Daughter ha...ve really gotten into single-track and uplift days now that they have bikes that give them the confidence. I would thoroughly recommend the guys at YT. Come on YT- ordered bike in October and still haven't been on it once (other than little test run to check if indeed my shock came faulty !). Got faulty shock from you, sent out, didn't come back for ...almost 4 weeks, received repaired and it's hissing air every time you lock it or go into pedal mode. Spent 20 quid to get bushings tool as you didn't put them back in (why did you not do it????!) Can I please have my 2600 pounds back and you take the bike back? Otherwise I want to take that bike to local bike shop and have them look at it and you pay for it. No waiting another 5 weeks for someone to respond to emails, 3 weeks to service etc. I just want the bike to ride, not to look at it and keep removing and mounting parts!!! the after-sales service of yt industries is disastrous, I am very upset.

I have sent my defective seatpost, as I have been told, with the uncluido pulsador since it was what they told me. now they s...end me the seatpost Without telling me if it is new or repaired, even above send it to me without a single piece of information explaining what happens to it. and they do not send me the command. I've been waiting two months ... I find it very unfortunate. See More

At the moment I’m giving yt 2* and that’s generous I bought a bike for Xmas on the 2nd of November they sent a faulty one they got it back on November 29th signed for and today I still have no bike so... apologies son it looks like Father Christmas isn’t coming �����

2018 price conversion EUR/USD 1:1 really dissappointed, was planning to get a new 2018 yt industries bike but im probably going for another brand since there is a 200 EUR increase on base models up to... 500 EUR on top end ones, sad at least they are becoming greedy like Canyon did in the past. Waited patiently for 3 weeks with no updates as to the delivery. A month after ordering I was finally told the bike had been lost in transit. Offered to send another bike out a Month later. Chose to b...e refunded. Situations like this just shouldn’t happen nowadays.... See More

I've given 2 stars after my recent warranty claim. It's left a sour taste in my mouth after a previous warranty claim was dealt with brilliantly and efficiently. However this time around I've been una...ble to ride my bike since mid August. I sent my bos rear shock to yt as instructed. It's now been 5 weeks since they've had it and for the past two weeks I've had all 5 emails ignored and no one can tell me how this issue is going to be resolved. The rear shock is apparently in the service workshop (been there for 4 weeks) and no one has looked at it yet? I'm sorry but that is a shocking service for the smallest of companies let alone a worldwide brand like YT.
The customer service this time has been shocking and looking at other forums I'm not the only one.
The first claim on my bos Deville forks was brilliant, so how come it is so bad now? It's irrelevant that you've told me it's a peak in the season as you should still be able to communicate with your customers and resolve things.

Overall fair . Now i understand the Jeffsy Love/Hate campaign . Love the bike , hate YT's customer service. After riding Jeffsy CF Pro for 5 hrs i was left bike less for 6 weeks waiting for a replacem...ent XMC1200 wheel . The wheel was DT Swiss but for YT to not carry any spares or hurry the process on for a bike that had only been ridden for 5 hrs was pretty poor. Their communication is terrible , back to the dark ages with 2 days being fast by their standards for a reply by email , i have currently been waiting a week for a reply to a warranty on my Race Face cranks ( pedal insert stripped from carbon crank) . Luckily having had previous experience with YT's poor C.S. i also contacted the UK Race Face distributor direct and within the same day the return was arranged . (Thankyou Silverfish , for proper customer service ) The bike manufacturer is supposed to be the first point of call when the bike has a mechanical issue , if you go down this route with YT then you will be in for a long wait when anything goes wrong : unresponsive and unhelpful . If you take a week plus to answer emails then you need more staff or whoever is in charge of E.U. customer service needs replacing one or the other. See More

Had some initial questions and contacted support, I got answers the next day.
Submitted order on the 28th of October.
Payed for the bike on 1st of November. ...
Payment accepted on 3rd of November, shipped on the 4th of November.
Received the bike and riding it on the 11th of November.
Haven't experienced any problems, everything was smooth and happened as expected. Excellent value for the money, and the reviews all around the internet turned out to be true so far, great bike which I really enjoy riding.

Bought a YT Tues CF last year had a problem with a broken saddle. I bought another one while writing the email to the company just to be able to ride the next weekend. Next day, a new one was on its w...ay and arrived even before the one I ordered. Nice job buddies !
I don't even have to talk about the bike itself, the reviews on the Internet say it all.

I bought a Capra CF Pro - After 1 month I had to send the seat post back, and then a couple of weeks later, I had to stop using because of the Fox rear shock problem. As a company they have dealt wit...h me as a customer very poorly. They said they could not replace the bike as all the CF Pro's have the same shock, so I said, could they replace with a model down. Basically told no they will not help me with, and I need to wait. So I contacted Mojo Suspension, who were very helpful, and have sent the shock to them. I can tell you I will never be dealing with YT again. See More
