Unfortunately this evening, I was expecting to have a great meal and my partner and I were heavily d...isappointed.

Our waitresses were showing us unbelievable amount of attitude.. for example when my partner said he believes she served a little too much, she replied "I don't think so" and stormed off.

Food was not nicely presented, carelessly placed on plates, parts of the dish were served very late. Such as simple fries, came already when we were almost done with our meal...

When we wanted service the waitress made a face as if we were an inconvenience and bothering her... I had also asked where my accompanying sauce with my meal was and after almost done with my meal the waitress tells me they "forgot" and I have to wait 5 minutes... The one male server seemed to be the only one with manners and an idea of how to treat customers.

I hope it is not a question of race that we were carelessly treated as we are a mixed race couple and unfortunately it is not the first time. Otherwise they were extremely badly organised.

This treatment made us both lose our appetite let alone the food just didn't seem the great quality-which I remember about 1 year ago when I came to this restaurant. I definitely will not return after this experience. Ver mais
